I have been seeing Jacqui for multiple services the last year or so. She is always accommodating and friendly. I feel comfortable while receiving services and the value is great! Jacqui really cares about her work and customers and always makes sure I am happy with the outcome. I absolutely love my brows and eyeliner! Highly recommend Fresh and Flawless!

Update: I appreciate how patience Jacqui was with mapping out my brows to my liking. It took approximately an hour, but I most definitely appreciate her time and effort to do so. The only thing is just that one side is slightly lighter than the other. Otherwise my overall experience was amazing. Had a great experience with Jacqui, she’s amazing. Extremely friendly and kind. However the only issue I had was my brows are not fully to my liking. The front corners are off. Hoping for it to heal and see the end results otherwise I’m looking forward to my touch up appointment within 6-8 weeks.

I have been going to Fresh & Flawless for a couple years for eyelash extensions and I see Jacqui as my tech. She is meticulous with her work and I always get exactly what describe to her. She has a great personality and is very easy to chat with to pass the time during the appointment. I have a very demanding work schedule and Jacqui is very accommodating, she is in HIGH DEMAND so I try and book early and often!

Jacqui is amazing and very talented! I've been going to her for about a year now - best lash extensions EVER! She also microbladed my eyebrows, which I love. Next, she'll be blushing my lips which I'm super excited to see the outcome! She is always very professional - when I've had to cancel or change appointment times, she's always extremely accommodating and does her best to fit you in! First time at Fresh & Flawless for microblading and lash lift and tint. I had Jacqui do my services and I am very happy with with how my eyesbrows and eyelashes turned out! Feeling beautiful and fresh- just what I needed for kicking off summer. Jacqui was both professional and personable, easy to converse with, and truly a pleasant person to be around. Can’t wait for my touch up service- she’s an artist!
