Art Of Injections

I hate sharing bad reviews but if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have booked here. TLDR: my appt was last minute rescheduled twice and almost a 3rd time but the surgeon on staff saved the day. Accommodations were made which were very appreciated but the process was unprofessional. I made an appt in March for April. A few days before the appt Jen called and said she needed to reschedule. Totally no problem, I'm understanding and shit happens. She had to push out to mid/ end of May which was a bummer but it happens. I wanted to get my injections done before vacation in June so that still worked. On the appt date in May, she called me 30 minutes before (as I was getting in the car) to ask to reschedule again. Frustrating to be so last minute and get rescheduled again. She got back to me 4/5 days later with dates but they were too close to my vacation so we made the appt for July. Bummer to book something for April and have to wait months but it's okay, life happens and my schedule was in the way for the week in June she was available. She offered the service for free which was very accommodating and appreciated. Jen texted last night to move the appt from 11 to 1. Not happy to be moved again but not a big deal. At 12:55, I am parked and walking into the appt and I get a call from the front desk girl saying that we need to reschedule AGAIN because Jen went home. At this point the pattern is pretty thick and equally frustrating and I wondered if I was ever going to get my appt/ if I wasted a 30 minute drive. I went in to talk to them because I was already there and if we had to reschedule I could figure that out in person. Thankfully, there was a guy there (didn't catch his name) but he offered to fulfill the service in Jen's place for me. He was super kind and a saint for doing that. I'm really grateful and appreciative of the free accommodation that was made for the frustrations (stars to show for that) & that was wonderful customer service and deserves to be recognized. However I'll unfortunately be going elsewhere as it's not feasible for me to have my schedule moved around so much with last minute cancellations of appts made a month prior. It's hard to not know if my service will be performed when the appt is made.

Samantha did my lip filler yesterday and did AMAZING!!! She listened to my concerns and corrected all problems I had. She had a very light hand and was very gentle with me (I’m usually pretty afraid of needles lol) she is so meticulous and thorough, and not to mention so sweet!

I have been seeing Jen for many years now and trust her with all of my skincare and facial enhancements. She has a medical background and certainly knows her stuff. She is honest, open and overall, just an amazing human who cares deeply about her clients. Highly recommend Art of Injections!

Jen is truly exceptional when it comes to serving her clients and patients. She has a remarkable ability to listen attentively to their wants and needs, without ever being pushy. Her dedication to ensuring that each person looks and feels absolutely beautiful is evident in her work. I greatly value her honesty and expertise, especially in her injections. Not only is her space stunning and beautiful, but it's also incredibly welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend all of her services. I couldn't be more satisfied with Jen's exceptional skills.

Samantha is my go to gal for lips, filler & botox. She takes her time & never rushes things. She is personable, professional, efficient, & truly has the passion for the business. Sam & the entire team are amazing!!! Thank you for all you do!
