I have been getting Tox (dsyport) treatments from Nicole for 1 year now and she truly goes above and beyond. From the moment I sat down at my first appointment, she took the time to ask about my preferences, listened carefully, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She set me up with ASPIRE app which saves you money as you accumulate points. I never once felt pressured or upsold (during my initial appointment), which speaks volumes about her integrity and confidence in her work. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. My results each time are slightly different but this is normal and we keep fine tuning and each time is better than the last injection! I still look awake, relaxed, and soft, balanced, and so natural. When I tell my coworkers I have Tox they never believe me. Nicole, if you’re reading this — you’re doing an incredible job. It shows in your work and in the way you treat people. I even committed to the membership because I trust her that much (and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment… and maybe slowly building the courage for more skin care services with the aesthetician Lauren 😉). I had such a wonderful experience at Wrinkleboss! I saw Lauren for a Diamondglow facial and truly cannot say enough good things about her. I’ve been going to Wrinkleboss for almost two years, and it has become my skincare haven. I see Nicole for tox and chemical peels, and she is truly the number one provider around town— incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about getting you the best, most natural results. She’s a blast to hang out with during our sessions, and every appointment feels extremely comfortable and low-stress. I trust her long-term vision for achieving my skincare goals, yet I never feel pressured to pursue treatment. I’ve also completed multiple rounds of microneedling with Lauren, and she is just as talented, thoughtful, and passionate about skincare as Nicole. It is evident that their enthusiasm and expertise complement one another - truly a dynamic duo! Lauren helped create an at-home routine for me that’s made a noticeable difference. She takes the time to understand the science and evidence behind the products and treatments she selects for individualized treatment. Moreover, she is able to clearly convey her knowlege in a manner that even I can understand! I always look forward to our long chats during treatments — it’s like catching up with an old friend. More recently, I’ve had excellent results supplementing my microneedling treatments with the PRX topical biostimulator. I’ve also seen Lauren for a DiamondGlow hydrafacial, which was the definition of luxurious and relaxing… plus it leaves my skin glowing for days on end. Can't wait to book my next one. I love the location, the coziness and aesthetic of the space, and the Swank membership, which has yielded notable savings. Wrinkleboss has the perfect mix of expertise, results, and genuinely lovely people (also, shoutout to Isela at the front desk — she is such a lovely young lady and makes scheduling and payment seamless). I cannot recommend Wrinkleboss enough!
