I had a great experience at Dermatology Specialists. Dr. Hannon was through, patient and made me fee comfortable. I was surprised when I went walking the next morning with my neighbor and she asked how my appointment went. I told her I had the nicest Dr. She asked his name and it turned out he was her dermatologist as well.

Dr. Cally Chermak is phenomenal! She is so knowledgeable and always willing to problem solve to help her patients! I am impressed with this Dermatology Practice on Edina.

The entire staff were warm, professional and extremely proficient. Never once when having the Moh’s surgery for a squamous cell skin cancer removal on my face did I question whether I was in good hands. I highly recommend.

I didn't have the best experience. After calling to ask about pay out of pocket price, I was quoted an amount for the visit and told anything above and beyond would be additional. I budgeted so I had the amount ready when I visited, paid when I arrived and figured that would be the end of it. However, a couple of weeks later, I was billed for more and I didn't have anything above and beyond done. Upon calling to ask about it, I was told they misquoted me originally and now I needed to pay the difference. I asked if the amount could be waived since they quoted incorrectly. It was denied and I had to come up with the extra money. On top of that, during my visit, I sat half naked on the table waiting for the doctor for 25 minutes. Once she arrived, she seemed hurried and saw me for no more than 10 minutes. She was kind and answered my questions but I didn't feel like I got a visit that warranted the money I paid, plus some. I will not be returning.

DO NOT SEE THESE PEOPLE. They are complete scammers. I made an appointment and showed up. I had a 30 second conversation with a someone who took no time to review my symptoms just said they couldn’t help me and that I would just need to monitor. I left 4 minutes after I arrived. They then proceeded to bill me hundreds of dollars for the 4 minutes visit in which they did nothing and told me they couldn’t help me. Avoid this office at all cost.
