SEV Laser

I’ve been going to ideal image for years, but I was excited about the new ownership. Sure, I had to refill out some paperwork, that’s standard with healthcare if you’ve ever changed providers. The staff is mostly the same which is nice. Prices mostly stayed flat, and if they went up, are on par with the industry. Plus, ideal was offering so many promotions that this new pricing is actually refreshing as it’s transparent. The lasers are the same but have a new extension on them that makes them WAY less painful. I also found their check in system to be nice. Booking at ideal could be clunky. Overall, still very happy with my services! SEV seems to be more on board with the direction the industry is moving.

I’m always greeted with a big smile & comfortable small talk. The Edina location is clean & welcoming. I always thought the treatments would be painful but they are not at all. Treat yourself & book the appointment… you won’t regret it!!

Taylor is wonderful she makes you feel so comfortable and she is so kind. All the staff are extremely helpful. I had a great experience for every treatment I just wish SEV kept the clear & brilliant laser treatment that I was receiving before. I strongly suggest getting all your Botox, fillers and laser treatments here I have had them all and they do it so tastefully and very talented staff. You will be in great hands!

Gotten Botox & face/lip filler here for awhile & always great results. I do wish they would bring back the financing options from before, but everything else is wonderful! Always love the staff

I have been an Ideal Image client for 4-5 years at the Edina and St. Paul locations. The Edina location recently became Sev Laser, which I discovered when trying to book an appointment. Ok, no problem. Booked an appointment, paid a deposit. There were some bumps on the booking site, but I get they’re transitioning. The actual service was fine, I was in the chair 5 minutes. Apparently now though, a roughly $108 service is now $156, or nearly 45% price increase for the exact same procedure. I was also stunned to be prompted to tip while checking out. The woman at the desk said it’s a new thing when I asked. After standing there saying “um, I..” she finally said “you don’t have to tip.” I was never asked to tip at Ideal Image and if I did tip today, it would have been paying nearly 75% the amount I used to for the exact same service. I’m really put off by the tip screen. I’d get it if it was a 60 minute facial, but it was a 5 minute procedure by a nurse.
