Milan Laser Hair Removal

Overall I have been happy with my Milan experience. I am so glad I went with a lifetime package place rather than pay per treatment. I love that whenever I feel like I need to shave, I can book a touch up appointment and then I’m good for another 5-6 months. A great investment to do in your 20s!! The staff are friendly and helpful, however, I have noticed a high turnover rate at certain locations. All that being said I definitely recommend it to my friends.

I've been visiting this Milan location for two years and have had three body parts lasered. Now, they are (almost) completely hair-free! I’m very satisfied with the services and staff; Tracy does an excellent job!

This was my first time at this location and it was horrible! I got burnt all over my upper thighs. I was getting my Brazilian done and I’m graduated so it shouldn’t hurt. I told the woman this was the most pain I’ve felt in awhile and she said it was just because it was the next level. I now have small circle burn marks all over my upper thighs and hips. When I told her and showed her (you could see the burns immediately after) she said she thought my skin was lighter there and it’s a little red. She said it was the right laser, clearly it wasn’t. I have two different skin tones and she messed up. I was in excruciating pain. I was told medics would follow up. Well I ended up calling them later that day and putting in a claim, they were supposed to follow up again 3 days later and I still haven’t heard anything. That was 9 days ago… I will not be going back to this location. Upsetting. I’ve had over 10 treatments with Milan that were wonderful and then this…when they mess up they can’t even help or take ownership.

Nikki was great in my consultation- 0 pressure. Answered all of my questions! Even after I signed up she reached out. Clearly cares about the client experience! Excited to start the process. It’s definitely not the cheapest - but I’ve heard enough stories to know the cheapest isn’t going to give me the results I’m looking for. I’ll note I was referred to Milan by another client who is a repeat customer because of how well it works- I was waiting for just such a referral given horror stories.

Emmie was very helpful & easy to talk with! She assisted in giving me the best products & recommendations. She made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. Definitely loved the experience!
