I had a great experience at for laser hair removal. Taylor was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly, which immediately put me at ease. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and checked in often. The experience was smooth, efficient, and far more comfortable than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Ideal Image, and especially Taylor, to anyone considering laser hair removal.

Cheri is honestly the best injector I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize there was no numbing cream for Botox, but it was virtually painless! She’s humble, easy to talk to, caring, and kind — truly the definition of professional and personable. Meghan helped me with my package and made the whole process so simple. She’s super easygoing and a total customer service star! And a special shout-out to the sweet girl at the front desk — I can’t remember her name, but she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars! I had a great first time experience here. The spa is clean and efficient. Parking is super easy. Haley was an extremely knowledgeable nurse. We discussed my concerns, what I’ve tried before and communicated a plan with me prior to injection. I felt heard and not pressured. I will definitely return to this location, simply for Haley’s service alone!

I had cool sculpting done on my upper arms. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! For 2,000.00 there should be even a little bit you could notice. The comment I received was that area and upper thighs are a harder area and sometimes don't work. If you want you could pay for another round to see if that would work. I am so disappointed. The Nurse said her supervisor would call me. This was on Friday it is now Monday with no call. I definitely would not recommend this service!!!

I had my first appointment for underarm and Brazilian hair removal with Ivy the other day. I was probably more nervous than I was willing to admit, but Ivy was great. She went through all the details and made me feel very comfortable before starting and made sure I didn't have any questions. The procedure and its location at its core is pretty uncomfortable, but I was as relaxed as anyone could be solely because Ivy was competent, caring and knowledgeable. She is an asset to this location and to all the clients that come through your door!
