I did my first ever Botox today and was pretty nervous about it. I’ve never done anything like it nor has anyone in my circle. I went somewhere else earlier in the year and left the two times I had gone in I ended up walking out - lovely people and place, just wasn’t the right fit. With Ideal Image, every interaction with an employee was top notch service. There was transparency with every question and concern, honest recommendations that felt expertly guided. Emma took care of my Botox today and she was just awesome - welcoming, conversational and helped me feel comfortable at every step while educating me about it. I didn’t think Botox was going to be for me after the first two experiences with the first company, but after every interaction I’ve had with an Ideal Image employee I know I will be welcomed, taken care of and listened to.

Don’t waste your money on Ideal image. Had a consultation where I paid upfront $510 and was scheduled to have Botox the following Saturday. Filled out the medical questionnaire form and met with the nurse the Tuesday before my scheduled appointment and she looked at my medical form and never said I could not have my treatment for the upcoming Saturday. She checked off all the boxes for me to go to my appointment. I’m driving to my appointment on Saturday and I get a phone call from the front desk girl 10 min before my appointment saying they can’t treat me today. I said well I already paid? She said well if you walk in the door we won’t treat you. I said can I speak with your manager? She said she won’t be back till Tuesday. I call Tuesday and ask for Nicole the manager. “ sorry she’s in a meeting she will call you back” two days roll by not call back… I call again, reach Nicole the manager and she said “ you were on my list to call today” - so, I explained to her what happened… Nicole said “ I’m so sorry this is great feedback and I bring back to my staff and I will refund you your $510.00. Well that was a month ago.. I’ve called four time asking for my refund… no one answers the phone and I’ve left 3 voicemails to call me back… not a word!! Alyssa who did my consultation didn’t even know KDWB ran promotions for them… I heard about Ideal Image on KDWB and when I brought it up at my consult Alyssa said “oh I didn’t really know they had a promotion I’ll give you $25.00 off… 30 days later… no treatment, no refund, no communication!!! Looked them up online and they are in a 2025 lawsuit… Go figure? I trusted them… thought they had my back, they had no problem takin my money… but refuse to refund my $510 back…

I had such a good experience at my recent laser treatment appointment! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. The space felt relaxing and professional, and I could tell they cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. It was such a positive experience from start to finish!

I had a great experience. Loved that I could communicate through text for scheduling. Location was really nice and very clean. I was treated so well and felt so comfortable. They were very transparent about pricing of my and expectations of my botox. Very good about going over any questions. Very affordable.

Got Botox and fillers for the first time and Emma was very nice and patient, she did a great job explaining everything to me before doing it. She made my first time pleasant. I still haven't noticed any changes two day's out but she did tell me results may take up to two weeks. No problems whatsoever thanks to Emma, she's the best!
