I’ve done a couple of sessions now and I am obsessed with the SEV team! All of the women make me feel comfortable, informed and provide a great experience overall. Can’t wait to see the results!

had a great first experience! parking was not too terrible, and i was able to find a spot within a two minute walk. the building was clean and smelled heavenly. both people i interacted with were very kind and eased my anxiety. the procedure itself was nearly painless and much quicker than i was expecting! would highly recommend

They are so nice here, I was spiraling about how scary it is and I cancelled, but they let me change my mind about cancelling AFTER I cancelled and it was way less scary and painful than I was worried about. Good vibes, deals, plus tech said no real symptoms to worry about after because of the settings!!!

I won a free laser facial from a Sev representative at my gym. She suggested the facial would be great for my acne which is something I struggle with. I booked my appointment and was told that my acne is too enflamed and red for them to do a treatment. I was confused because I was recommended this treatment, but the laser technician told me my acne was too bad for a laser facial. She told me to reschedule for another time and I told her I always have acne, and then she said not to do it while my acne is bad, which is never for me. She asked if I still wanted to reschedule and I said no and left. Very embarrassing, my eyes watered. It was my first time ever scheduling any type of facial because I’m self cautious of my acne, and now will never be doing one. 0 stars.
