Permanent Choice Laser Hair Removal and Electrolysis Centers

Just started laser here with Tracy and the experience has been amazing! Tracy has treated me with respect and empathy, and her expertise cannot be overstated. There was a genuine dialogue about my goal, and she made sure to check on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was not experiencing any pain or substantial discomfort. After a bad experience with laser hair removal at fairview, coming here has been life changing. The person I heard about Permanent Choice from has also had an overwhelmingly positive experience here, which speaks to their consistency and quality of care.

Tracy is amazing, she is always very professional, listens and I believe goes above and beyond in trying to make sure my hair removal experience is amazing every time. The staff at Permanent Choice have always been very helpful and always return phone calls with answers to any and all of my questions. So far my results have been great and I cannot recommend Permanent Choice enough to anyone looking for permanent hair removal.

I've been seeing Tracy Flock for over a year and I'm confident every time I schedule an appointment that I will be treated with respect and be given quality service. Laser hair technicians are unfortunately not all the same, and it's really important for me to find someone I can trust to get the job done and treat me well. Without hesitation I would recommend her to any of my friends! Frankly, I was terrified at my first session, but Tracy worked at my pace with patience, kindness, and did not push anything on me. Also, the staff at Permanent Choice have always been pleasant to work with. I would not recommend Permanent Choice for those with tan golden or darker skin and would recommend finding a better laser more suited for that skin type.

I've gone to see Amy at the Maple Grove location. She is brilliant! I considered several other clinics/spas to do my laser hair removal, but after many phone calls, questions, reviews read, and lots of option weighing; I decided to go with Permanent Choice and am SO happy I did. My first appointment I was nervous and Amy calmed me down and made me very relaxed! My second appointment is coming up tomorrow and I needed to reschedule it pretty short notice. When I called in Tracy took my call and even though Amy's schedule was completely booked up, they worked together to fit me in (honestly I think Amy is staying later than she is scheduled to do so!) Talk about service! I have felt not only taken care of in every aspect, but even more so I honestly feel like they care about me and make a point of it each time I've been in contact with them.
