This Edina location is always super chill and welcoming. The front desk gals are really nice and warm. I saw nurse Haylee this last time for a lip filler. Haylee was very thorough, informative, and open. She shared about her own personal experience which helped put me at ease. She offered extra comfort items to prepare me for the discomfort from the treatment. I thought she was upfront which helped me adjust my expectations. I’m going back in for a second treatment and hope to get scheduled with her once again.

I had a wonderful experience with my recent service. Haylee Vang was incredibly attentive, careful, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process beforehand, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. I especially appreciated how she walked me through helpful aftercare tips to ensure the best results. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Haylee to anyone considering service here.

This was my first time getting lip injections and I had such an amazing experience. All the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was super friendly. My nurse was Haylee and she did an extraordinary job! She made sure I was comfortable and gave me the perfect outcome I was looking for. I will for sure be coming back for touch ups and other treatments!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! The entire team at Laser Away was incredibly friendly and welcoming. But Grace did her big one with my lips—she completely nailed it! I love the results and can't wait to go back for more treatments. She was so kind, explaining everything and making me feel at ease. She doesn't realize it, but she's now my favorite—I'm definitely a customer for life. 10/10 would recommend!!

Full disclaimer I have not yet had a treatment at Laser Away. I will post again after I have had it. However, I Just had such a great experience With Jackie when trying to figure out what Treatments I needed and wanted to do. I’ve never had Botox or any type of laser treatments previously. Jackie sent me up with a quick video visit with a nurse who gave me some recommendations. I then ask Jackie for pricing on a few things. After thinking about it for a couple days, I asked Jackie more questions. I asked her specifics about what each of the treatments does. I asked her for more pricing. It took me over a week to figure out what I wanted to do. Never once did Jackie seem like I was bothering her. She was always so pleasant and fun to speak with, and she never pressured me at all to do one thing or another. We always ended our calls with her saying, take your time and text me when you’re ready. I really appreciate great customer service….this was definitely one of those experiences. I hope my clear and brilliant and Botox experience is just as good!
