Easy to walk-in. everyone was kind and helpful. Love the decor, tikki style from when it was a resturant. At the front desk, checking in was efficient. She was very helpful. The aide was professional and provided clear explanations. Dr Bobby was great. even helped find a pharmacy near where I live. Thank you all so much for helping me when I did not feel good.

So amazing. I had to rush in there like five minutes before closing time because my baby had a really bad double ear infection. Everyone was on board and ready to help immediately. Even the secretary was helping to expedite the process because my baby was clearly uncomfortable. They all worked together as a team to help us. It was honestly very touching to see. They really, really cared about him. We were in and out pretty quickly due to their efficiency and professionalism. The prescription was already called into the pharmacy, and I had him back home and in bed in under 30 minutes. Amazing team over here at this location. Thank you, everyone! Love, Nicolo and mama!

Don't go here if you have mast cell activation syndrome even if it can be managed in an urgent care. They told me I was not appropriate for urgent care even though I work as an ER nurse and understand triage. I understand my condition very well. They messaged me, didnt even bother calling to appropriately provide triage based off of why I stated I needed to be seen. I needed some med mgmt before I could get in to see my provider. Basically the midlevel provider does not know anything about this condition and needs to do continued education so as to prevent unnecessary ER visits. I ended up going to the ER and getting 2 medications prescribed to me. Luckily the ER doctor was well informed around MCAS. I did not even get labs drawn or imaging which again indicates I was not appropriate for the ER. Please hire more competent staff.

One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Appointment was right on time, very thorough and not rushed. Simone did a great job with the intake and Bobby was great as the attending physician. Will definitely go back next time I am in need of urgent care.

Was able to schedule a same day appointment for my son. Super easy online and easy check in at the place. The nurse and doctor were personable and I felt like they listened to our concerns. Will definitely go back if needed in the future.
