I worked with this clinic for months and left it worse than I arrived. I enjoyed my appointments with Dr Stein (when i was able ot get into to see her) but the more I treated, the sicker I became and the more care I needed which they couldnt provide (due to capacity- w Dr. Stein). I would schedule appointments and due to my progressing symptoms, sometimes I was not able to keep my appointments, and I would call to cancel them with as much notice as I could (sometimes I would have a migraine or another symptom the day before that would prevent me from taking my appointment). Last fall I called to cancel an appointment, left a vm on their machine and received a letter in the mail the following week was being booted from the clinic for canceling too many appointments. I felt scolded, shamed and abandoned by a clinic that made me worse. A lot of patents here are really sick and we frequently have to cancel things due to our symptoms. It was SO embarrassing and cruel and I was left to figure out where to turn to next when I was incredibly sick. This clinic is good if you need infrequent appointments or in person infusions but if you are a high needs chronically ill patient, I would NEVER suggest this clinic. I felt so much regret after recommending them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Restorative Health. I work with Dr. Vy Simeles and I she is the reason I feel good today. My health had a pervasive negative impact on my life and I am proud to say that is no longer the case. I sought them out in early 2020 after developing chronic bladder symptoms and my HMO essentially giving up on me. Dr. Similes took the time to listen, acknowledge, sus out potential root cause(s) and get creative with research, treatments and do what needed to be done to minimize symptoms even when a fix was still not clear. They listen! If you have chronic unexplained issues, your search stops here. Efforts to find out why you are suffering can take time and can cost, but it it WORTH it, every cent. They look outside the bounds of traditional medicine which is extremely limited and often uses outdated testing methods ( I am looking at you silly outdated routine urine test!), and look differently at test results, as well as run additional testing to put the preventative, diagnostic and treatment puzzle pieces together.

Dr. Stein at Restorative Health Clinic helped me diagnose my digestion issues and LEGIT healed me!! I am forever grateful. I went 10 years feeling terrible and getting nothing but basic answers from my doctors at Kaiser. I would leave appointments with little hope and basic advice. Dr. Stein offered so much more. We discussed my symptoms, she was willing to listen to all of my wild ideas about what it could be, she dug deep and did a ton of testing that my general practitioner did not do. We met once a month and altered my care plan each time to fine tune it based on my needs and how I reacted to the previous month's plan. In the end I am feeling a thousand percent better and have tools/resources to help me if I have flair ups in the future. It also helps that the entire staff is absolutely lovely! If you've been suffering with chronic illness, take this as a sign to called Restorative Health Clinic.

I have been sick with Chronic Lyme going on 34 years now. The last five years have been a total game changer for me. Dr. Stein and her staff at Restorative Health Clinic work so hard to make sure that my health stays stable and make sure that I have some resemblance of a normal life. The cell membrane therapy (CMT) has been the most crucial tool in my healing journey. While, at times, it can be a very difficult treatment for me, I cannot put into words how much it has helped me. I have been able to travel to different countries, walk miles a day, enjoy the simple things and the extravagant things that life has to offer now. Before CMT, I did not have the energy or the drive to do anything. This year will be the first year that I’ve gone without CMT. I am so excited and happy to report that my body is still stable even with everything we have done this year, including moving and traveling. The stress and the excitement did not exacerbate my symptoms this year. CMT is such an important tool in treatment for anyone who is sick with this awful debilitating disease.

Restorative Health Clinic has the best admin of all of the many health service we have used over the last nearly three years. Prompt responses, gracious interactions, clear communication. Excellent! Dr. Stein is well informed regarding ME/CFS and Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. She has liaised well with the other medical professionals who look after aspects of my health. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and caring, and I have been grateful to be under her care. Her medical care over the last 2-1/2 years has moved me from being completely bed bound in a dark room to back to 75% full strength. I highly recommend her!
