Evolve Health TMS and Spravato

I had Spravato treatment for months here and cannot say enough good things. They took better care of me than anyone has, even family. I love these people!

I am not a particularly religious person but everyone I have had face time with here must have been like, hand-kissed by god because they are all literal angels. They have all been kind, mindful, personable, professional, and non-judgmental towards me. I have been here for both TMS and Spravato. I have had negative clinical experiences in the past but at this time they are a vital component of my PTSD treatment. I am very grateful to have them in our community.

I received a vitamin and fluid IV treatment to hasten my recovery from the flu. I was impressed from the moment I walked into their facility. The decor is welcoming and tasteful. I felt that there was genuine concern for my health and comfort. The team was professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I received immediate relief from my symptoms. I would strongly recommend utilizing Evolve Health for any treatment of this type. You could not do better for yourself to improve your health.

I have been coming here for over a year now and I have been very happy with it. They always take great care of me. I come in for my Remicade infusions due to my Crohn’s disease. Jesse is amazing and especially gifted at getting the vein the first time. It takes a lot of the anxiety out of coming to get poked when you know you are in good hands when you come in. Beware of Evolve Health’s impact on your own health. I was a patient there for years and indeed, their nurses are very kind, but they’re all held back by head nurse Jill Carter who will do things like drastically increasing the cost of your service with zero notice, and then refuse to even admit to having made a mistake, or even listen to the words of her own billing manager. Additionally, the medicine was not infused professionally, with major differences in dosing each time, despite the dose being supposedly the same. And after the infusion, while I could hear nurses laughing through the very thin walls between patient rooms and their monitoring station, I would sometimes sit for 20-30 min after treatment before anyone would check in on me. All their service & professionalism took a huge nose dive when they opened their Bend office. This isn’t my opinion, this is what their billing manager told me herself. But I did see the negative impact with my own eyes. I did see Jill display sociopathic behavior in her treatment of myself and other people. Finally, one of their business partners, John, Really. Likes. To yell. At patients who think they’ve been overcharged. Everybody likes this place until Evolve / Jill make a big mistake with your treatment and then they 100% refuse all accountability. Please do not trust Evolve Health with your life.
