I had a wonderful experience at Prime IV Infusion. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel confident that I was in very good hands. The whole experience felt calm, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of care they provide. I absolutely love everyone at Prime IV! The staff is the absolute sweetest and this starts from the owner, Veronika. I’ve been going here for around a year to get IV’s and injections! I have to say they are the best! Not only do they offer your typical IV therapy vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals… but they are now offering peptides! They now supply me with my GLP1 Tirzepatide. The moment I walked in, I was so impressed. The energy is incredible. Smiling faces greet you and move you right along. Everything is clean and so stylish! But it was truly the staff that was the most impressive. These are happy employees, which is a reflection of management and the work environment. The staff and owner Veronika are so extremely knowledgeable at Prime IV in East Vancouver. I highly trust them to help me stay healthy, repair myself after an illness, or to help reverse signs of aging. They are never pushy or try to upsell me on things I do not need. For instance, I recently had a bottom molar that needed work done at the dentist's office, I felt as I had developed a slight infection as my ear and jaw were hurting. To prepare for the dental procedure, I visited this clinic and the staff was able to put together a plan, explain what my body was doing to heal itself, and most importantly, they LISTENED to me! I also sought out an IV when I was facing a family trauma. They helped my body be in optimal health so that I could face the emotional needs my family and I were facing.
