If I could give more than five stars, I would! From my very first consultation, I felt completely cared for, respected and understood. The procedure I had required careful planning and sensitivity, and Dr. Lopez exceeded every expectation there. Dr. Lopez not only took the time to listen, she explained each step in detail, and made sure I was fully comfortable and confident in my decision before moving forward. Her calm, professional approach eased all of my anxiety and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel empowering instead. I’m so grateful for the level of attention, compassion, and expertise Dr. Lopez provided. I’ll definitely be returning for future rejuvenation and age-defying treatments!

Walking into Dr. Lopez’s office, I immediately felt comfortable and genuinely cared for. She and her staff were so warm and welcoming. Dr. Lopez took the time to really listen, and I loved how open and honest she was during my consultation. I'm beyond happy with the treatments I had done, and the skincare products she recommended have completely changed how my skin looks and feels. I feel so much more confident now. Dr Lopez and staff Ashley and Destiny are all excellent! They all have an great "bedside manner." I was quite anxious when I first entered the office. Immediately Ashley introduced me to herself and Destiny. Wonderful customer service! Everyone made me feel so comfortable from the minute I entered their office. I have been a nurse for more then 45 yrs and worked along side many physicians. Dr Lopez was so professional but yet made me feel so comfortable. I was able to ask questions, never felt rushed, was given all my medical/surgical options. Im really excited to move forward and let Dr Lopez do what she does best! Thanks so much!

Dr. Lopez performed two surgeries on my arms. The first was done through axilla (armpit) incisions. While this approach is often preferred, not every patient is a good candidate. Two board certified plastic surgeons I consulted prior had told me I was not a candidate and would not be happy with the results, therefore they would not perform that specific surgery on me. Dr. Lopez, however, assured me I would achieve the outcomes I wanted. After the surgery and a year later, I was in fact very unhappy with the results as they didn't even come close to what I wanted or what Dr. Lopez had assured me I would receive. In many ways, my arms looked worse. Dr. Lopez continued to tell me there was nothing more she could do except for a traditional brachioplasty which I did not want. Given the way my arms looked post surgery, I felt I did not have a choice at that point. Dr. Lopez continued to point out that at least my arms looked "better in clothes". However, that was not what I was promised, nor what I paid for. One year after the first surgery, she performed a second surgery, a traditional brachioplasty. The results were still poor. At that point, and the end of the second year, I then sought multiple evaluations from other board-certified plastic surgeons. All agreed: the results I was left with were not acceptable, substandard, and definitely not what I had paid for. Dr. Lopez offered yet a third surgery, at an additional charge. However, at that point I had lost confidence in her skills and ability. I then began looking for someone who would be able to repair the damage. He quoted me the cost to repair the damage of two botched surgeries. Rather than asking for a full refund, I only requested reimbursement for the exact amount I would need to pay for the corrective surgery. Dr. Lopez refused. In my experience, most plastic surgeons will work with patients or provide refunds when the results are clearly unacceptable. Dr. Lopez did not. Bottom line: Had I known then what I know now, I would never have scheduled surgery with her...even if it had been free. Do your homework. In my opinion, Dr. Lopez talks a good game, but at least in this situation, did not have the skills to deliver and at my expense. Strongly consider another surgeon.
