The facial itself is effective and the staff are kind and attentive. However, the scheduling process and consistency within this company needs a lot of work. I experienced two no-shows and several appointment time changes that were handled either last-minute or haphazardly. I understand that schedules need to be optimized, but the changes were frequent and inconsistent enough that it became overly disruptive for my own scheduling. I purchased a package deal that included discounts for 4 facials, but I decided after the second no-show, since it has been a nightmare trying to even get an appointment, that I wanted to stop using this company and would like a partial refund for the facials that I did not use (3 out of 4 of them). Ever since requesting the refund, the owner has not responded to my communications and presumably will not be refunding me. Again, the service itself is good, but getting into an appointment slot is a crapshoot. Not to mention the communication shutoff after requesting a reasonable refund for unused services. I'd suggest going with a more consistent business.
