"WOKE UP WITH AN EYE INFECTION AFTER LASH APPOINTMENT" It is sad to leave this review but unfortunately I will never be returning to this place. I used to be a regular and had a lash tech do my lashes and they always turned out perfect. Last time I booked there, I requested her over the phone and they said ok and didn't tell me she no longer works there. The lash tech who ended up doing my lashes was 20 minutes late to the appointment that they set and wasn't even in the building and they kept asking if I had made the appointment at a different place! I said No this is where I always book and they tried to make me question myself. The lash tech put me in a small, uncomfortable room with no ventilation, yet still cold, and no music or anything, like other beauty salons would normally do, so I had to listen to all the conversations from the saloon workers in the rooms nextdoor, NOT a relaxing experience. She was bragging that it only takes her 30 or 35 minutes to do lashes when it takes most techs 2 hours, which is not impressive if they're going to end up looking not full and rushed through. I had to ask her to add lashes on the corners of my eyes because they were completely empty and looked like she did half the eyes. Oh and to make matters much much worse, not only were my eyes bloodshot red since the appointment (still are), I also woke up with an infection in my right eye and it is swollen and looks like I have pink eye 🙂. If all that wasn't enough to change my mind, looks like they have a new price list that is extremely overpriced for the terrible service they offer. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Oh and btw, half the lashes are falling out and it's still day 1.

I set up an appointment for August 4th, today with Tanya for a micro shading touchup for 10 o’clock in the morning. When I got to the parking lot and tried to open the door right before 10 o’clock. No one was here. I paid at deposit of $50 and now I’m waiting in the parking lot for 11 o’clock (when they actually open). I called multiple times no answer and then I got a call back from Tanya herself, I explained the situation and she acted like she had no idea what happened with the scheduling issue as it clearly showed 10 o’clock. I asked her if I could possibly get a discount, as I waited a full hour in the parking lot for her to arrive and she declined, and said that the needle she would be using would cost $75 alone, so now I have to pay full price for waiting over an hour and having terrible service. Tanya then pulled up at 11:03 with Starbucks coffee in her hand after she said she would rush to get there. Clearly her coffee was more important than being on time for her appointment… when I walked inside she immediately stated “you gave me a one star review online?” I replied “yes I did” she explained that things like this happen and that she already said she was sorry. She then said “ you really expect me to do your eyebrows after writing that review, you should look elsewhere to do your eyebrows”. I silently let her speak, then respectfully asked for my $50 deposit back. (Granted she did refund it) but still did not feel valued as a paying customer. I drove really far for this appointment and I am extremely disappointed in the service I recommend…Do not book your appointments here as they DO NOT value their clients. Go where you are appreciated with great service as you deserve!

I have been looking for a very long time to find the right school for me, who offers an Advanced aesthetics program. I was nicely surprised that Tanya's beauty school offers classes during the weekend, which is very convenient for students who have families and work full time during the week. I feel so blessed to be part of this wonderful environment filled with so much professionalism and intense studies. We are always supervised by our teachers when we do any kind of services. Tanya is an absolutely professional, intelligent and very knowledgeable teacher and an amazing owner. Tanya always wants to make sure we understand how to perform services, she is always around us and helps us when we need it and we are set for success. She always makes sure we have people to practice on and always tries her best to make sure we have enough services to get better and to graduate on time. She makes me feel so comfortable using all the medical equipment and I just want to say please try it..

I had a wonderful experience getting my eyebrows micro-shaded by Tanya Nguyen at Tanya's Medispa. She ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure and sought my approval for each step. Tanya also provided clear communication regarding the expected healing process and aftercare. Having never trusted anyone with my eyebrows before, I am very pleased that I chose to rely on Tanya's expertise. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking similar treatments.

I got my eyebrows micro bladed by Tanya and I absolutely love them💘 Growing up I’ve always been self conscious of my eyebrows and I didn’t know why I could never do a good job using makeup to make my eyebrows look better. I was so nervous when I came in for my appointment because getting a tattoo on the face area was nerve racking, Tanya was so kind and patient with me. She walked me through how everything would go and asked me if I liked the eyebrows she drew on me, before proceeding to do the tattoo. I learned through eyebrow mapping that my right eyebrow is naturally higher than the left!! Bless Tanya for fixing my eyebrows because I know it was most likely not easy. I super recommend coming here, the prices are affordable and Tanya does an amazing job. Ps ignore my unbrushed morning lashes🤣
