Just starting my long-anticipated tattoo removal journey and Jacquline was great! She made sure I was comfortable and was such a joy to work with. The process was so quick and comfortable (I opted out of the numbing) and she was so patient and communicative during the whole process. I'm so happy I picked Untattoo Parlor.

I called and spoke with Darcy about scheduling my initial consultation and treatment for my brows. She was very kind and helpful in answering my many questions. Since I'll be traveling from farther away and have to consider winter weather in the Gorge, I was curious about scheduling far in advance and rescheduling if needed. She made me feel at ease about everything and I'm looking forward to seeing Kathleen in March. I will update my review once I receive treatment.

I visited this location about four years ago when tattoo removal sessions were $250 for 30 minutes. I had planned to return, but it seems that something has changed—perhaps the staff or management. Now, they refuse to provide even a basic price estimate without scheduling a consultation. It’s unreasonable to expect potential clients to commit without transparent pricing. This lack of clarity may explain why appointments are so readily available—scheduling as soon as the next day is rarely a good sign.

Had a session with Jackie for removing my microbladed brows. Provided all the knowledge for me to make a well informed decision between laser and saline removal. She made the entire process comfortable and eased my nerves, as well as what to expect for my results and future sessions. Highly recommend!!

They are absolutely the best! I had three small tattoos removed with them, and it took six sessions over a little more than a year to complete the process. There’s no trace of the tattoos—just clear skin with no pigmentation or scarring. I opted for anesthesia during the treatments, and the staff was incredibly kind and professional, explaining everything thoroughly. My story: I had tried to remove these tattoos before but couldn’t tolerate the pain from the laser. Most places only offer numbing cream, which honestly doesn’t help much. I was so excited and surprised to find that this clinic offers injectable anesthesia—and the prices for both the injections and the tattoo removal were very fair. I’m so happy I chose them. Now, I even forget I ever had tattoos!
