Bio Foot Reflexology and Massage Center

I’m a type of patient who needs deep tissue treatment with on point pressure, and it’s not easy finding therapists who are able to meet these needs. Andrew had the combination of experience and expertise, as well as great communicator. He made me feel at ease and gradually applied more pressure making sure I’m able to handle the added tension. My arms are sore from typing all day, and feet swollen from sitting all day - by the time I was done with 60 minute session, it felt like walking on a cloud. The tight tense feelings in my arms were gone. Looking forward to my next visit!

Went for a hand and foot massage. Based on reviews I requested Mia, she was wonderful. Price was good. Reservation system was online which i love! Place was quiet and screens used for privacy were nice. Only downside, the chair wasn't great, I had a hard time relaxing in it. I'm a big lady and felt like I was falling forward. Others mention feeling relaxed enough to fall asleep so perhaps I just got a bad chair.

Went in for the 60 minute foot massage with my mom on a Sunday afternoon and had a wonderfully relaxing time. I actually fell asleep in my chair. I really appreciated the quiet, there was no music playing, none of the therapists were chatting with each other and best of all, there was no small talk. Just an hour of peace, quiet and relaxation. The price was great as well. I found a parking spot right in front of the entrance. Highly recommend!!

I initially wrote a one star review following a painful and bruising massage (took over 2 weeks for my swollen forearm to stop hurting!). I am rewriting my review due to Bio Foot's very caring response. The manager Lisa reached out to me to offer a free massage from her. I was reluctant to do that and didn't answer but she kept trying to reach me. I offered that I have always loved Bio Foot's foot massages and so she gave me a delightful one of those instead. I have been a loyal and happy customer at Bio Foot for over 10 years and was very pleased that they worked so hard to make it right with me.

If I could give negative stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had. The massage therapist was really nice but she was digging into the bones of my hand and not the muscle. I went in for a hand massage and I only got 15 minutes of the scheduled 30 minutes and they still charged me. The lady at the front said “I have to charge you” even after I expressed that I hadn’t even gotten the full massage. I actually left with worst pain then what I came in with! Terrible way to run a business. I’m actually disappointed I didn’t walk away. Update: changed from 1 to 3 stars. The manager Lisa was very understanding and empathetic over the phone. She has made me feel a lot better about the scenario and refunded a portion of the money.
