First, I have never in my life left a negative review of a small business. I figure everyone has off days and there’s no need to spread negativity if it was just a bad day. Secondly, I have been a patron of this business for over a decade. I used to work nearby so it was fairly convenient. I changed jobs and now it’s a bit far from my house but I chose to go here because a have had wonderful, deep tissue foot massages from Tiger. However, I will never return after today. Today was the second time that when I’ve called to ask when Tiger is available, agree to the time they suggest, and arrive at their specified time to be told he is not available. Not only that, minutes after I’m told he’s not available, the woman running the place (she goes by Lennie or something similar) offers Tiger’s services to someone else. This business is very poorly managed. Lennie is a bully to customers and employees. She has always tried to upsell me to another service and has to be told “no thank you” more than once. Today, I thought it was the first time she finally didn’t try to pressure me into a higher priced service only to have her walk into my massage space after the massage started to try to upsell me, getting into my personal space (right up to my face as I’m laying on the massage table) to ask if I wanted the “combo” for only $10 more. I had to tell her “no thank you” three times to get her to leave. Some misunderstandings are inevitable with a language barrier but this seems willful. There are far too many of these places to give this place another penny of my money.

Went in for the first time. No appointment needed. I did the $50 massage. The gentleman's name was Tiger. Definitely a deep tissue massage. Seemed clean. Used some good techniques for stretching and pressure points on the scalp. I will be back again.

I am notifying you that you have a male employee that was very aggressive with my wife. He damaged her shoulder by his rough treatment, that was 8-15-25 it is now 8-18-25 and it is still bothering her. He then tried to change my tip, to $20 VERY RUDE!! Up till this time we have been happy with this business, this person can and will be VERY detrimental to your business. By what he did he has no interest in caring and treating those who walk through your front door with respect and care and is more interested for $$$$$$$$$. Poor attitude, poor care, poor people skills he should not be working for you. UPDATE 11-25 SHOULDER IS STILL PAINFUL WITH STILL DIMINISHED RANGE OF MOTION, HAVING TO GO TO Pt WILL NEED TO HAVE MORE MEDICAL INTERVENTION --- BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND CERTAIN EMPLOYEES!

This place is great. The amount of work put in my the therapist is unmatched. I got the 90 minute combo. She soaked my feet, rubbed my face and scalp then thoroughly worked over my feet and legs (and put me to sleep). Then got stoned followed by hot towels. Then flipped to my stomach and more of the same. After all that was done, she walked on my back and stretched me. She was exhausted when she was finished. They for real do not charge enough for this massage. $70 for 90 minutes is way too cheap. You owe it to yourself to go see these people. 10 stars.

They got the job done! Walk in welcomed, no appointment needed, so affordable for deep tissue and hot stone included. I'll call it the deli of massage whenever you're super tight and needing deep tissue massage without the hassle of making an appointment and still having to wait a few days or even weeks. Quick in and out so don't expect any amenities nor compare it to your typical luxury spa. I spontaneous drop in on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm because my shoulder and back were so tight. I got the 90 minutes combo for $70, tipped $20 since it was exactly what I needed with no added luxuries of standard spa. I always loved deep tissue massage so I didn't mind a male masseur. He checked in often with me to ensure the pressure was okay. I asked if I wanted him to walked on my back and of course I did. All and all I was satisfied with my treatment for a very affordable price of $90 total for 90 minutes whole body massage; you can't ask for anything less than that. If you have sensitive skin, perhaps skip the facial massage part since l'm almost certain they use the same lotion for the whole body as well though I didn't ask them to confirm it. Since I live near by so I went straight home to take a shower afterwards. It's best you wear short or shrort and tank top for full body massage. You always have the option to undress to your comfort level or fully clothed.
