I love wax loft! Kaitlyn is brilliant with my brows, and she is always very gentle and welcoming. She cares a lot about her clients and always asks me first what we are doing with my brows in case I want to change the shape. I go in about once a month for my brows/lips and I’m always getting compliments on my brows and look forward to my appointments!

Kaitlyn is very experienced and super amazing at what she does ! I got a full leg and booty wax with a booty facial. The space is so cute and comfortable. Kaitlyn is wonderful!! I was about to change estheticians again when I met Kaitlyn and I have been supremely impressed with her ever since.
