Hello! Just wanted to offer that Justin has great communication and runs a stand up business. I had purchased SMP for my partner as a birthday gift and my partner wasn't ready yet to commit. This was a surprise to me, and Justin. However, he worked with me and cherry financing to make it right. I greatly appreciated his understanding and professionalism. Not many people would have been so helpful. I love his work and can't recommend him and his business morals/ethics enough. Truly, thank you Justin :)

I cannot recommend Jocelyn enough!!! I've had thinning around the hairline and part and have tried hair powders, microneedling, oils and serums. Nothing has done what SMP has. It looks so natural and has helped so much with an insecurty I've been dealing with for years. Jocelyn (and Justin) are knowledgeable and so dedicated to the getting the perfect result. Also doesn't hurt that they're both super personable and like to have fun while they're getting the job done!

I’ve had the privilege of working with Justin the last couple months and I can’t say enough about how awesome his work is, but also him as a person. I’ve been researching SMP for a little over a year so you can imagine how hesitant I was to move forward with the process. While researching, I asked Justin a million questions, all in which he was able to answer in great detail and provide me examples/photos to help connect the dots. While researching, Justin’s work clearly stood out compared to others in the Oregon area. Justin put me at ease with the responses provided but also during our consultation. He never made it seem like I was asking too much or inconveniencing him at all. Just a real solid guy all around, honestly! After my first session, I was totally blown away and that was when I immediately knew I made the right decision. A couple sessions later and I’m looking like I have a full head of hair and the only thing I was upset about was the fact I didn’t do this much sooner!! Justin doesn’t treat you as just a customer or a number, but he truly cares about your wants/needs and your overall satisfaction and happiness. Justin’s experience and knowledge truly shows through his work and I feel beyond lucky to have found him through research. Ink and Ashberry is legit and they truly know what they’re doing and take their work very serious. They are not satisfied and content until you are! I highly recommend Ink and Ashberry to anyone looking into SMP and give them a 10/10 and would give more than 5 stars if possible. Justin, I appreciate you on so many levels and thank you for your patience, knowledge, and the awesome skills you have when it comes to SMP. Not to mention the awesome conversation and hospitality you provided each time I came in. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you for a touch up a few years down the road!

Justin is an incredible artist. He does a great job of creating a natural hairline with depth that looks very realistic. Most people don’t even know that I have SMP because it looks so natural. I recommend all my friends and family who have a receding hairline, thinning hair or a bald spot in the back to seriously consider getting SMP. In my opinion it’s the best option for people who are experiencing hair loss and this is definitely the place to have it done. Robert Stewart
