I have been going to Lucia for my eyebrows for almost 20 years. I came to her with a previous cosmetic tattoo gone bad. She corrected the old tattoo and was able to create a design to fit my face. Besides her experience and cleanliness, I appreciate how gentle she is. She uses good quality numbing cream and checks in continuously during the procedure to ensure a pain free and comfortable experience.
