The Lash Lounge

Nice clean and friendly lounge. But after 4-5 days several lashes fell off (and they’re still falling off), and that never happened with my lash person in Seattle. I’m going to try one more time with a different tech, and see how that goes.

I try my best not to write bad reviews; I reached out to Lash Lounge and have sent them photos and asked for a refund. They don’t give refunds. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for lashes. I got a full set of fans, and they started falling out the next day. And by day 5 all of them had fallen out. I get lashes every 4-5 weeks and usually go elsewhere but they were booked out. So I tried Lash Lounge; do not go there! My eyes burned in the shower, which I waited two days for as to not ruin the lashes. I didn’t use any oils or creamy things on my face. I didn’t use all the things and I paid $350 and now have not a single lash to show for it and it hasn’t even been a week. I’m so sad about it. They offered to redo them, but I just can’t go back. I’ve never had my lashes fall out like this, and for the time commitment I can’t go back there.

I had been curious about lash extensions for at least a decade but never felt 100% about the process and upkeep. Thankfully I found The Lash Lounge in NW Portland on 23rd and in came their Senior Lash Technician Christal Peña into my life. At my very first appointment, Christal was very patient with me as I explained how I rarely do a full face of makeup but I wanted to look like I made some effort. I am in my 40s and told her I was looking for a natural look where people couldn’t immediately tell they were extensions. She looked at my eye shape and told me the C curl Classic either Level 1-Level 2 would be my best bet. She was so smooth with her application, and I felt like I was in expert hands. I get so many compliments from people telling me how I look “more awake” “brighter” “younger” and people actually notice my eyes now. I am so glad I took the chance and lucked out with being matched with this Pro, Christal. Every two weeks I come back for a touch up so I found it worked for me to get the membership and I am glad I can cancel any time if life circumstances make it so I have to. I never feel pressured to buy products which usually makes me more likely to buy products haha! The staff are all so nice, answering my questions and making adjustments to my appointments via text which is so convenient. The only thing is, be sure to plan to drive there 10 minutes earlier so you can find street parking. It can be tough, especially when there are Soccer matches happening. Nice bonus - you don’t have to pay for street parking on Sundays! Sharing before/after a lash fill pics. Note, the before is 2 weeks since my last fill.

I had gone in for a lash lift and tint a while back. This was my first and last time at this establishment, not only because I was unsatisfied with my results, but also because the service was absolutely inadequate. I won't name names to avoid calling anyone out. However, as an establishment, I assume there would be some value, some measure of congeniality toward their clients. Especially when said service honestly did nothing for my lashes. I was better off simply curling or getting extensions. 130 dollars down the drain.

Rachelle, the stylist at the happy Valley location on 162nd is absolutely Amazing!! I’ve been to her two times and she has it dialed in exactly what I like. The best eyelashes extensions I’ve ever had. I highly suggest the Lashe Lounge.! ❤️
