Update 01/27/26: just came by for a second treatment today. This time it was microneedling. Another absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone, from the front desk to the fabulous aesthetician doing my work, Katarina. I’ve just loved everyone here and I feel very comfortable and the ambiance is serene and professional. I will definitely be back yet again! 12/23/25: Excellent! The place is clean and beautiful. Dr Max and Nancy were absolutely wonderful. Nancy is so very kind, friendly, and informative. And I’m very impressed with Dr Max— he really listened to my specific concerns and addressed them without making me feel rushed and without pressure. He had a gentle hand and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I’m very happy with the services that I received and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this place. I have been to two other places and this is my favorite.

My visit to VIP Medspa was exceptional!! Karina, Michelle, and Bree were exceedingly knowledgeable, super intelligent, very helpful, and incredibly skillful!!! Bree gave me referrals to a couple great plastic surgeons to whom they often refer patients when a patient has a need outside of their scope of practice at VIP. Throughout my entire appt, I was incredibly impressed, and that statement was from someone who is VERY particular when it comes to just about everything in life! Lol. Though, their prices are on the steeper side of the spectrum. They charge $14/unit for botox, and their syringes of fillers are pricey too. They do OFTEN have $$Promotions and Specials$$. If you're wise, you'll go to their website to look for those. I'm pretty certain (don't quote me! Ask them for yourself. ) that you can purchase treatments (Botox, syringes of lip filler, etc.) ahead of time at the lower price or during a BOGO and then schedule them for a later date. You can get some sweet deals that way! In a nutshell, I would recommend VIP Medspa to those with even the most curated of tastes!!

Bellafill for acne scars | Michelle is amazing | Excellent medical spa I've had this deep rolling acne scar on my chin for the past five years. It was caused by a quarter-sized (no exagerration) cystic acne that sat there for months without any progress. It was absolutely the deepest, largest and most painful one I've experienced. I went to a local dermatologist who didn't explain to me the negative effects of a cortisone shot, so the cortisone left behind this massive hole of an indent on my face. It distorted my chin, but over the last five years, a lot has filled in to the point where most people didn't notice it. I did, though. I managed that scar with about 10 microneedling appointments and regular light chemical peel facials, but I just wanted to be done with this thing, especially with many social events coming up this year. So, my husband did some research and found this place that specializes in scar removal in addition to other procedures. I immediately booked a consultation and met with Katerina, and she was so patient, friendly, and professional. I didn't feel pressured at all. Instead, she was thorough in explaining to me what they would likely do to remove the scar, the cost, and the downtime/healing process. They recommended Bellafill injection because it not only provides immediate results, but it continues to build more collagen in the long term. I left feeling excited and equipped with the information needed to make the next step. She also took photos to send to Dr. Max, who was away, to review once he returned. I booked for a test treatment with Bellafill before going through with it. I'm happy I did because it gave me a preview of what to expect. I've never had any injectables before, so I was nervous. PLUS, I have a food sensitivity to anything related to a cow: milk, cheese, and beef. Bellafill contains a bovine collagen that eventually gets replaced by your own collagen. Michelle did my test treatment. She was excellent! No pain. Quick. I waited a week and no reaction. Just mild bruising :) I booked my appointment soon after. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have Dr. Max do the treatment the day of, but Michelle was fantastic. They put numbing cream on the areas I wanted to get done and then Michelle injected Bellafill with a cannula to prevent bruising. Michelle has 20 years of experience, so I felt completely assured she knew what she was doing. IMMEDIATE results!! She said I had a lot of scar tissue, and she ended up using one syringe to fill in that deep scar! She topped it off with a little bit of a second syringe and used the rest of that second one on my other smaller acne scars on my cheek area. Painless but felt some tugging, which really isn't bad at all. I felt sore and puffy the next 3 days, but in terms of bruising, it was a little yellow on day 4-5. I didn't wear any makeup because it wasn't really noticeable! Everything was fine by the end of the week. It's absolutely amazing that I can walk out with my scar gone and have literally no down time. Best procedure and highly recommend it for those who are looking for immediate results with deep acne scars! They offer many types of methods for payment. I went with Cherry app because it seemed to offer the best payment plans with no interest. What drove my decision to go here was seeing their before/after photos and meeting the staff at the office. Everyone is gorgeous, happy and friendly, and genuinely enjoy what they do daily here. They're so empathetic and knowledgeable. I will definitely send my husband in to get some moles removed too. I love VIP Medispa. I went to a different place last year. That was a little more convenient location wise. This was a mistake on my part. I’m glad to be back. I love the professionalism. The ease of scheduling. They take care of all of my concerns have me in and out in about 20 minutes today. Worth the drive!

I’ve had a few different services here and the whole team is fabulous. I started with Dr. Max and after about a year I’ve come to know many of the staff. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted warmly and professionally. There is seldom any waiting and the service far exceeds 90% of medical offices. I had ni experience previously with Botox or fillers—of any of this stuff actually. But I’m trying a bit of this and that and have been happy every step.
