I love Refreshed MD! I had my first hydration IV therapy and Tracy made sure I was as comfortable and cozy as possible! Every experience I have had at Refreshed MD has been exceptional. I recently visited Refreshed MD in the Pearl and had an excellent experience. Jessica gave me a relaxing, approachable, and effective facial. She explained skincare product recommendations clearly and made a routine easy to follow. I then had Botox injections and NAD+ injection with Dr. Taylor, and the process was seamless and educational. The results are fantastic, and I appreciated the professional, and thoughtful care. Everyone was kind and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic.

The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, which helps me a lot since I’m still fairly new to aesthetic treatments. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been very welcoming and kind. Nurse Tracy has handled all of my treatments since I started coming, and she is absolutely wonderful. She explains everything clearly, answers all of my questions, and truly listens to what I want and what my long-term goals are. I never feel rushed or pressured, and I feel completely comfortable trusting her with my face. I really love how thoughtful and natural her approach is. I will definitely be back and recommend Refreshed MD to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional, and honest experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Refresh MD and the amazing Nurse Tracy. After having Botox done somewhere else and being really unhappy with the results, coming back to Tracy was such a relief. She immediately understood what needed to be corrected, explained everything clearly, and delivered results that I genuinely love. Loved my experiences with Refreshed MD. The staff were all super kind and Dr Taylor is the best. I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time but she made me feel as ease, was patient with me and best of all didn’t try to push more on me. She was honest. Not to mention her personality is just so bright. I got tox done here a few times and microneedling with PRF (or PRP I can’t remember). If I could take her to NY with me I would!
