Natalia is exceptionally good at laser hair removal and makes the experience so easy. I saw results after my first session (amount of hair thinned out) and now I’m on my 4th. Can’t wait to see how great it is at the end! I also like that I can pay per visit instead of purchasing a big expensive package up front.

I've been coming to see Nataliia since September 2024 after being treated at another MedSpa for spider veins/broken capillaries via IPL Photo Facials. Long story short, I do not plan on leaving Soft Touch unless Nataliia tells me to go away! It's easy to tell clients they "need" numerous and various treatments but Nataliia is not that person and it's refreshing to experience that these days. After six IPL treatments, Nataliia suggested I move to LED facials as the IPL's had done what they were supposed to do. So, I took the recommendation and have been doing that in addition to some laser hair removal sessions. Her equipment is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, you never feel like you're being rushed in and out. Oh, just so we're clear, yes, I am a guy and am not embarrassed about going to a Med Spa. Self care is a key component to overall personal health and well being. Nataliia runs a top notch business and has another loyal customer in me!

Great experience! I wanted to share my positive experience at Soft Touch Med Spa. Natalia always makes me feel comfortable during laser hair removal, even though it’s not the most pleasant procedure. And I’m seeing real results! The place is clean and inviting, and scheduling appointments is easy. They’re also flexible with rescheduling, which is convenient. Prices are reasonable, and they offer a variety of skin treatments beyond laser hair removal. Overall, I highly recommend Soft Touch for their great service and atmosphere.

Nataliia is wonderful! She is very diligent with her work, providing you with exactly what you need - nothing more and nothing less. Her pricing is incredible, I spent probably 2/3 the cost for radio frequency laser treatment than I would anywhere else. The results have been amazing, not only did it clear my (hormonal and cystic) acne, but the resurfacing work is near perfect and the pigmentation of my scarring has significantly improved. If you are looking for cosmetic and medical skin treatment, look no further. Professional, friendly, effective and cost efficient.

So happy to have found Natalia at Soft Touch. She is highly professional and a specialist in laser so l feel very safe in her hands. And the treatment is working! I had 6 sessions for two zones and we started the treatments on the third one. She has a lovely treatment room and is a lovely, caring, and welcoming woman. I highly recommend her.
