I recently visited Alyson at Balm West for my second lash lift and the experience was excellent. She is very professional and communicates clearly which makes everything easy and comfortable. Her technique is precise and I have been extremely pleased with the results each time. She is pleasant to talk to and the studio is clean and welcoming. Scheduling and communication are simple and I love how my lashes turned out. She shaped them exactly the way I wanted and I highly recommend her and this place overall.

I booked a set of the Brazilian laser hair removal and upper lip with Jessamine and the experience was amazing. The spa is clean and comforting. This was my first time getting the laser treatment and I was really anxious. She gave me a stress ball to play with while I was getting it done and she remembered the second time too. Which I really appreciated, everything was done pretty quickly. ^^

From the moment you step into Balm, you instantly feel relaxed. The staff are kind and friendly and offered me a sparkling water in a cute glass. I love that they offer sugar waxing as an option as well for my sensitive skin! Will be back asap and I recommend this place to everyone I know! 💕
