I had the best facial!! Kyra, Lauren, and Hillary were the sweetest people at the front desk. They were so welcoming, I felt well taken care of! The office was so nice and clean. I will definitely be going back for more hair removal and facials!!

I purchased a syringe of filler and used less than half at my first appointment. I initially moved my follow up to a date that was too soon, which was communicated to me, and then had to cancel due to being sick and was told to just callback when I was ready. When I called back to schedule the soonest appointment they could offer me was a month out. Today I received a call that my appointment was going to be cancelled because my syringe had been thrown away after 30 days, something that the injector at my initial appointment told me wouldn’t happen. I’m a bit shocked about the poor communication regarding something that cost almost $500. I understand they have protocols but I would’ve made a point to return within 30 days if I hadn’t been told otherwise, and they offered no solution other than making sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This clinic is a gem. Everyone is always kind and welcoming. I am impressed with my results so far, and feel very well taken care of at every visit. They offer such a wide variety of services and I love the results my treatment combo has done for me! Coolsculpting, Botox and Thermage has totally redefined my chin! 10/10

Highly recommend LaserAway! Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I truly appreciated how she took the time to explain which treatments would be best for my goals. I’ve had treatments with Jess, Sara, and Crissy, and they were all so professional and made the entire experience comfortable. I love my results! The clinic is warm, inviting, and always impeccably clean.

I can’t say enough about this place. Kyra at the front desk was so sweet and Morgan was an amazing injector and explained everything she was doing. She was kind, caring, and had the best attitude. I will definitely be coming to this Laser Away every time. I can’t say the same for the Bridgeport location. I literally left in the middle of my appointment, because the injector had a bad attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. Kyra got me in 1 hour later after I told her what had happened. They were so accommodating and amazing!!!!
