I recently had a Thermage treatment on my stomach at LaserAway and wanted to share my honest experience. My nurse (Sara) was very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable during the procedure and seemed experienced in the aesthetics field. I truly appreciated her demeanor and care throughout the appointment. That said, I do wish I had been better educated beforehand about what to expect, both in terms of the treatment process and the results. In retrospect, the consultation felt very brief, and because I had never experienced Thermage before, I did not fully understand how specific the treatment area needed to be discussed and confirmed. There was also no mirror in the treatment room, so afterward I realized I was not really able to clearly show or double check my exact target area before we began, or after. I left feeling like I may have received only part of what I thought I was going to get, simply due to a lack of detailed communication beforehand. Thermage is a huge investment, and clearer expectations and more thorough education would have made a big difference in my overall experience. I did receive a call back from the manager, which I appreciated. However, I was told that addressing the area of concern was out of her hands- without having to pay for an entirely new treatment. I share this as constructive feedback. The staff was kind, but I would encourage future clients to ask very specific questions and take the time to clearly define their treatment areas before starting.

I’ve had such a great experience at my LaserAway location lately! The new management has truly made a difference! Everything feels more organized, welcoming, and professional. The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. You can really tell there’s a positive shift happening. Would highly recommend!

I am loving the change. I've seen over the last few months at this location. It's clear that the new manager is running a great ship took a few moments to greet me And talk to me about the treatment that I was getting done. She also greeted me on my way out and asked how everything went. I appreciate that kind of kindness and genuine thoughtfulness that came from Kyra and her team. I look forward to Returning and seen more improvements in the months ahead. Great job and great selection on your new manager. She is adorable.

This location is so nice and clean! I was greeted right away and helped by the nice front desk person. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My appointment went smoothly and there was clear communication the entire time. I recommend going here for your laser services. Management is doing a wonderful job!

I always have such a great experience at this location. The nurses and front desk are incredibly knowledgeable and they make me feel welcome and cared for right from the start. The new manager is fantastic and truly cares about her team and customers. She is also very well versed in their product lineup and always recommends exceptional products after treatments.
