Manu is an artist! I highly recommend Manu - they are calm, attentive and skillful. I'm leaving this review having just completed over a year's worth of lower leg and bikini laser and I am super happy with the results. The studio is mellow and clean. I was scheduled with a couple other providers (here at Luxe Laser) at the beginning of treatment but Manu for the last several and I always look forward to our time together. My skin is smooth and recovers quickly after treatment and the hair regrowth has been steadily on the decline, to the point where I am now in maintenance. I don't shave between appointments except on days I am getting treatment. No regrets (even if i do miss my leg hair now and then)! Thank you so much Manu!! Lastly, it is worth noting this salon is up a flight of stairs.

Finished my treatment with 10 sessions! I never do any review for anyone or any store but I had a lovely experience with Luxe Laser I wanted to share with whoever considering laser treatment. I had Luna for majority of my treatments and she is GREAT. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all clearly. She does it quick! Strongly recommend this place.

I've had a few sessions here so far, and the staff here is super friendly and professional. They went into great detail about the process before my first session, allaying my fears! My tech, Nadine, has been wonderful, and my sessions with her are quick and fun. She keeps checking in with me on pain levels, and makes sure I'm super comfortable! Would definitely recommend coming here if you want to get laser hair removal done!

Nadine was my esthetician, and she was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time getting laser hair removal in the U.S. after having two very painful treatments in Korea, so I was honestly quite nervous. However, Nadine made the whole experience so much more pleasant. She constantly checked in on me to make sure the pain level was tolerable and that I was feeling okay. I really appreciated her care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Lux Laser Hair Removal. Manuela was amazing—she listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and even did a test patch before my appointment to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. She was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. The process was fast and honestly not as painful as I was afraid it would be (I recommend taking Advil beforehand if you’re nervous!). I highly recommend Lux and especially Manuela.
