Rachel Cole DDS PC

Dr. Cole is a great dentist and I appreciate how caring she is. I have had several crowns placed, cavities repaired, and implants managed and she is easy to access, communicates quickly. Not sure about the latest bad reviews as I feel the staff are great and Dr. Cole warrants her work and has always provided follow up care without issue. I refer friends and family without hesitation.

Came in here for a cleaning that went just fine. The dentist looked at my teeth and said I had to have four of my cavities replaced. This seemed totally outlandish since I have never had any issues or pain with any of them, so I told them I'd think about it. I was pressured into scheduling and was told that they could be permanently damaged if I didn't get them repaired as soon as possible. I scheduled the appointment and then went to get a second opinion. The second dentist said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of my teeth, and let me know that this is common with shady dentists, as they can essentially tell you whatever they want to get work and charge your insurance company. Apparently, this place is particularly well known locally for committing this type of fraud. They even tried to charge me for cancelling the appointment for the repairs that I didn't need in the first place.

Horrifying experience. I'm new to the area, and this place has good reviews, so I came in for a cleaning and a checkup. It had only been a year since my last dental visit, so I was surprised to hear that I had three cavities. I've only had one prior in my entire life. I was pressed pretty hard to get these on the schedule, so I came in the following week to get them fixed. After several days, two of them started to hurt. I would have excruciating tooth pain several times a day. I called in, and Rachel sent me a prescription for some painkillers and got me on the schedule a few days later. I came in and got them fixed without issue, and have been fine since. The horrifying part of this experience is that she CHARGED ME FOR THE REPAIRS!!!! I'm not convinced that I had cavities in the first place, but to then charge me for the repair when she's the one who caused the damage AND PAIN is crazy. They should take her license and look into her for insurance fraud. What a scam.

I started going to this dentist last year, and I've had a wonderful time whenever I visit. Barbara is the kind lady working the front desk and handles appointments. She is really great at working with you if you need to reschedule appointments, like I have had to. The hygienist Sara is very funny and made sure to remember some things about me to talk about, which I found to be thoughtful. Finally, Dr. Cole is very sweet and I have full confidence in her abilities. Overall a great group of ladies!

Dr. Cole is the best dentist ever. I have a lot of anxiety around dental procedures and after meeting Dr. Cole for our initial consult she completely put my worries to rest. I ended up needing some cavities filled and the whole process was so easy going, I feel like it’s the beginning of the end to my dental anxiety. The hygienist, Sara, is hilarious and Barbara at the front desk is such a delight. Love this crew!
