Wow! Dr. Ng and staff executed a totally professional and comfortable experience for me and my teeth. The technological expertise enabled my crown to be formed and placed onto my broken tooth in a short interval- time we'll spent with the dental hygienist. I am in awe. Well done, team. First-Time Patient I had my first appointment at Uptown Dental today and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Dr. Ng, who previously worked at the Portland VA, brings a level of professionalism, clarity, and calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. Nikki, the technician who handled my X‑rays, was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating — she set a really positive tone for the whole visit. After reviewing my X‑rays and walking me through the diagnostic findings, Dr. Ng actually did the cleaning herself. I’m used to hygienists doing that part, so it was refreshing to have the dentist take such a hands‑on approach. The whole visit felt thorough, calm, and genuinely patient‑centered. I’m very glad I chose Uptown Dental.

Dr. Ng and her assistant, Nikki, took great care of me while measuring, making and replacing an old crown that needed repair. I was impressed by the modern equipment Uptown Dental uses and pleased with the professional and personal care they give. Thank you Nikki and Dr. Ng. I’m very happy with my new porcelain crown, made right in the office during my appointment.

It’s strange to say this but quite I enjoy going to this dental office. Dr Moody and Dr Ng are welcoming and have been great dealing with my teeth (after not going to the dentist in over a decade.) Nikki is always so nice and helpful too. It’s a friendly welcoming environment with relatively quick scheduling. Each of the procedures I’ve had completed were quick and painless as well. The front desk ladies are rockstars too!
