The worst: Messed up my teeth SO badly last year. They mismeasured the sizing needed for my crown, put it in and it was WAY too large, gaslit me for 4-5 appointments where I was adamant that I was in pain and the teeth were not healing. After truly months of pounding tylenol and ibuprofen (to the point where my regular MD's labs came back abnormal for liver issues), they finally resolved the issue. But, the level of malpractice... It took so many appointments and months of pain to make up for their mistake. They're lucky I didn't take further action and that it didn't (at least for now) cause more long term damage. All the while I was told that the pain I was feeling was "normal" and to just "wait it out". Also annoying: they reschedule appointments last minute, hound you with phone calls for things that are absolutely addressable online... The admin isn't worth it. Save yourself the stress and pain and just go somewhere else.

Omg!!! Dr. Caldwell is the best dentist I have ever encountered. She is kind and compassionate and attentive but also firm which i adore about her. She is a wonderful provider. I'd recommend 10000 percent!!!

Needing a crown was my initial introduction to this office, and while I was being helped, I thought how glad I was for choosing this office for help. Dr Caldwell was wonderful to work with, and her assistants, Fatima and Jaiden, were great. Also, the office manager, Jennifer, was extremely helpful in working through my options for dealing with my broken tooth. Very highly recommend this office, their service, and these people. Very grateful for help done well.

Dr. Newton did my first ever crown, and wow. I don’t know what I expected, but it wasn’t that. The actual process of filing down the tooth wasn’t nearly as bad as I was prepared for, and didn’t take very long - maybe 45 minutes. The crown I opted for was the same day crown and I’m so glad I did, even though it was more expensive. Dr. Newton designed and created it while I waited (it took 30 minutes, maybe less) and then, when all was said and done, the crown was indistinguishable from the tooth it replaced. In fact, when I ran my tongue over it, my brain told me that the crown was my actual tooth. If I didn’t sit through it and see the tooth when it was filed down, I think a small part of me would doubt it happened! 😂 Dr. Newton mentioned she was a perfectionist and I have to agree. It looks perfect, feels great, and aside from a mild amount of soreness the next couple of days, I could totally forget this is a crown!

First visit here. I arrived on time, checked in, and then sat in the waiting room for an hour. After I reminded them i was there and had been waiting an hour they promptly ushered me to the examination room. I was seen by the specialist who informed me he would no longer be working at that office after the end of the month. After the visit the Power went out. And i was not able to make any follow up appointment because the systems would not come back online. I called them when i got home that evening to make another appointment but they were unable to help me. Then i called them the next day to make a follow up and they were not able to help me and informed me the specialist Cordinator will reach out to me. Still haven't heard anything from them. I will not be using their services as they appear to be understaffed at the very least. Unimpressed and disappointed. To be fair, everyone that I interacted with was cordial and friendly however, why was I even given an appointment with a specialist that’s not gonna be working there anymore ? Seems like there’s a lot of miscommunication behind the scenes.
