After a very long and overdue visit to the dentist, I could not have asked for a more supportive team. I was greeted kindly from the moment I opened the door from Will. Dania helped to take my X Rays with patience, genuine care, and attentiveness. And when Dr. Kaady came in, he offered a plan that gave me control and agency over my oral health future, and also within my budget. He took the time to educate me on unfamiliar terminology and I didn’t feel rushed in how he answered my questions. He also spoke in way that made me not feel ashamed of the current condition of my teeth. It seems like this entire team takes just as much pride in their personal relation skills as they do in their dentistry. Thank you!

I happily went to Bridgetown for nearly four years and enjoyed how welcoming the staff was every time. I am happy with how quick things moved and felt that my cleanings were always well done. I unfortunately have my doubts about the quality of larger work and attention to detail though. Two years ago I noticed discoloration and a dark spot on my front tooth, and was told there was nothing that could be done except whitening by staff. I bought several sets of whitening strips and was reassured repeatedly that it was a good option, only for the surrounding teeth to change while the problem one didn't. During a visit to another dentist, it was quickly pointed out that the composite used on that tooth was not going to be changed by whitening, and the difference was only getting worse. I trust that the majority of Bridgetown's work is well done, but after asking multiple times, over several years of visits, only to be given professional suggestions that worsened the problem, I am hesitant to continue visiting them.

Mikayla at the front desk is a rockstar! I was a new patient, booked a next day appointment for a broken tooth and pain. She insured that my insurance would be accepted and that even though I was not established, that Dr. Kaady would be able to see me to assist with my pain. Dr. Kaady was very quick and professional in his exam. Addressed my pain and explained exactly what was happening and went over his plan to help me in detail. He listened when I explained cost concerns and worked with me to come up with a plan that would work with my budget. The clinic is cute and seemed to run efficiently. Overall, very happy with my experience!

My husband had a chipped front tooth and Dr Kaady was able to put a temporary crown on the same day we called. He and his employees were exceptionally friendly and professional. I would recommend Bridgetown dental to everyone.
