This dental office has one very unprofessional and snarky staff member who repeatedly refuses to schedule my partner’s appointments. Other staff members have been able to schedule his appointments without any issue, so this appears to be an individual problem, not a policy issue. She dismisses us by claiming “HIPAA issues” without taking the time to understand our situation or explain anything properly. Customer service matters, and having family-oriented, respectful staff answering calls and assisting patients would solve many of the issues we’ve experienced.

Dr Kaki & staff were beyond great. Everyone very professional & helpful. I was so nervous before my crown removal. I highly recommend them.

I had an outstanding experience in having Dr. Khaki perform mercury amalgam removal. The procedure went beautifully. Dr. Khaki and staff perform at an extremely high level of skill and expertise, while at the same time demonstrating great compassion and kindness. All safety protocols for the procedure were practiced with great professionalism and conscientiousness. Put my mind at ease. Highly recommended.

This was the best dental appointment I’ve ever had! I very much dislike going to the dentist and when I was told I needed another crown from my dentist I decided to get a second opinion from a holistic dental clinic. I usually left my other clinic feeling despondent, how do I try so hard to do everything right and still keep having problems?Dr Garcia spent more than an hour with me; listening to my story, asking questions, taking pictures and getting to the likely root cause of so many of my issues. He explained so much and I left feeling relieved and empowered. There is something more I can do to preserve and improve my oral health. I literally gave him a hug and teared up at the check out desk I was so happy to finally have some answers. Also 5% discount on cash/check when balance is paid in full. I have been going here for years and not only are my teeth really beautiful and healthy but I also recently got treated for tmj dysfunction using a Kois reprogrammer and I had such a positive effect. I am sending all my friends and family here.
