Being someone who was super anxious to go to the dentist for the first time in 10 years, I can highly recommend this place. The team here is super welcoming, the dental hygienist is super good, and Doctor Samuel Seo is very trustworthy. He let me know what was urgent and what we will revisit in the future and made me feel comfortable with all of it. The front desk people let me know the costs of everything with insurance and was transparent through all of it. If I could give this place more stars I would.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have ever had. From start to finish, the team at PDX Center for Dentistry was exceptional. Dr. Seo is outstanding. Thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress free. Grace, the hygienist, was phenomenal. Gentle, attentive, and incredibly professional. It was by far the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had, and she made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Kent, the office manager, truly sets the tone for the practice. Organized, welcoming, and on top of every detail, he made scheduling, communication, and the overall experience seamless. You can tell this office is run at a very high level and that patient experience is a top priority. I would recommend PDX Center for Dentistry without hesitation to anyone looking for top tier dental care.

I recently had a cleaning and had a really great experience. The dental hygienist was super knowledgeable and educational, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The dentist was also very professional and clearly went over everything I need to get done. The front office staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

Grace, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job with my cleaning—she applied a mild numbing agent and thoroughly removed tartar while explaining how plaque buildup occurs without making me feel guilty about not being a frequent flosser. My teeth felt incredibly clean, and the procedure was painless. Bea, the dental technician, handled my X-rays and whitening with great care, checking in frequently to ensure I was comfortable and adjusting as needed. She was courteous and professional throughout. The whitening procedure made a difference I could see right away, which is astonishing since I have tetracycline stains from childhood. Dr. Sam Seo was engaging and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and clearly explaining options like Invisalign versus a retainer for teeth that have shifted as I age. The front desk team was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The most professional and kind medical staff I’ve ever encountered — not just in dentistry, but in all of medicine. I’ve had a difficult time with dental appointments, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.
