Absolutely amazing experience! I had two wisdom teeth removed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Everything was done in about 30 minutes — fast, confident, and completely painless. The doctor Katta was incredibly professional, calm, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was nervous going in, but it turned out to be such a smooth and easy process. I’m truly impressed and beyond grateful for such great care. Highly, highly recommend this clinic and doctor Katta! I also want to give a special shout-out to Tatiana at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing! Always supportive, kind, and patient, she explains everything clearly and makes you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Truly the best employee! Excellent care. The team is kind, understanding, and super friendly. I am someone who normally stresses and panics at the dentist. They understand this and take extra good care of me. I am very happy with Dream Smiles and Dr. Katta. A+. 5 Stars. Best of the best.

I dont normally write bad reviews, and I've considered not to for a long time, but I hope by doing so I can warn others to proceed with caution. The staff here are very friendly, however, the skill and responding to patient feedback is lacking. I went in for a crown (which I had never had before). The temp one they gave me fell off within 30 minutes of leaving, they told me that was normal and to try and put it back on with toothpaste. The pain was awful. When I came back to get the permanent crown they ended up needing to do a partial root canal, which i knew i was going to need. They did not give me enough numbing agent and I told them this, they said "it takes some time. " then they continued with the root canal and I felt 60% of it and flinched in pain when they got to my nerves. They said "oh you can feel that?" And I was like "yes, I told you I wasnt numb enough" then they finally listened. The dentist proceeded to finish getting the nerves out of my mouth and showed them to me "these were the ones giving you so much trouble." It was a very mortifying experience and now I am still needing the rest of that root canal because they did not completely fix the problem (despite my saying something). My trust in dentists is now less and am wary of any dentists doing work in the future. Just hoping my experience cam help someone else.
