I’m so happy to have come here! I’ve been looking for a good lash tech with reasonable prices and Iris helped me with beautiful brown classic lashes for a natural look. The lounge is comfortable and sanitary, and I liked that my appointment took only about an hour. I have sensitive eyes and my favorite part is these lashes didn’t irritate me even after washing my face. Will definitely be coming back and recommending Iris’s service :)

When I found this place, I was so happy. I had tried several lash studios before, but I was never fully satisfied, either the prices were too high or the quality was disappointing. Lux Beauty Lounge is truly a gem! I started coming here six months ago and haven’t gone anywhere else since because their service is exceptional. They are real lash experts! I love how natural the lashes look, how lightweight they feel, and how long they last longer than expected! Great prices and outstanding quality service. Highly recommend!

While I'm not a super consistent client, every visit has been a great experience overall. Iris is extremely skilled and efficient but Faye is truly the standout as she's also incredibly sweet and accommodating. I usually ask for a natural look, and most of the time it’s exactly as expected. Occasionally it leans a little less natural looking, but this may be due to the type of faux lashes used. That said, the overall experience, care, and longevity of the work make this my go to lash lounge.

Iris was very patient with all the questions I had and gave me great advice on how to take care of my lashes. She even explained the length and style she used, which I really appreciated—especially in case I ever decide to go to a different salon. The place was very clean and well-sanitized. I’ve had my lashes done by both Faye and Iris, and each experience was excellent. The studio was spotless, the process was efficient and completely painless, and the results were beautiful. It truly gave me a much-needed confidence boost and reminded me how good it feels to take care of myself again. Both artists are highly skilled, professional, and welcoming.
