I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr Lanfranchi on October 1, 2025. I am absolutely in love with my results and I definitely feel more confident and I look like my younger self. The attention I received from his staff is amazing. My whole experience was stellar. I couldn’t be happier to have gone to Dr. L , everything was well explained, I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommend him!

For Men of any age, if you are in doubt about having a limited amount of facial work done to create a new and refreshed look, stop thinking about it and just do it. Dr. Lanfranchi only touches on areas that will improve and refresh your look. He does not have a cookie cutter approach and does not leave you with a Ken Doll plastic face. All procedures are completed in the office, in as little as an hour or two for some procedures. Recovery time is also as quick as a week or two. The cost is so well worth it to turn back the clock 10 years or more. The mental benefits of looking in the mirror and seeing a 'younger, healthier' looking you are also tremendous. There is no pressure to do more than you are comfortable doing. Whatever the procedure, the follow-up care continues for several months to ensure you are healing as expected and seeing the results you wanted. Hands down the best investment of money and time that I have ever made in myself.

I had a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Lanfranchi in June 2024 and I'm in love with my results! At age 50 and following a 60 lb weight loss, my neck was in very sad shape. After researching doctors and types of procedures, I felt really good about Dr. Lanfranchi's experience and track record. Then after meeting him, I realized he is also incredibly intelligent and down to earth. I like that he performs procedures under local anesthesia--it might sound scary, but it's really a non-issue. I slept through most of the procedure and didn't feel any pain. Recovery was also pain- free, but you do have to trust the process. The swelling and bruising look a little alarming the first couple of days, but resolve quickly. The entire staff at Lanfranchi Center is also amazingly attentive and responsive. I appreciated being able to text with questions at any time before and after the procedure and getting prompt answers. Thank you so much, Dr. Lanfranchi, AJ, Deverick, Joaquin, and Dee Dee!

Dr Higgins has been my plastic surgeon since 2014. I have had two facelifts, a tummy tuck, cheek and Chin implants and several procedures of liposuction throughout the 11 and 1/2 years of knowing him. There is no better plastic surgeon on the face of this earth. The work that I had done is all perfect. Even though it sounds like I had a lot of surgery, there is not one person that has ever been able to notice that I have had plastic surgery of any type. His procedures are amazingly thorough and successful and hit the mark 100%. But, his techniques are such that no one can tell I had plastic surgery. Beyond his professionalism and high skill level, his incredible bedside manner and friendliness are so important when doing such delicate and personal surgeries. He immediately makes you feel comfortable with his warm personality and down to earth style. There is no pressure whatsoever to ever do anything that he doesn't see as 100% beneficial. I have recommended him to numerous people. Several of whom have decided to go forward with plastic surgery and have the exact same opinion of him as I do. He is top-notch, five star, scratch that. 10 star. Don't go to anyone else for your plastic surgery needs except him. My words are not strong enough to describe Dr Higgins.
