I honestly can only say thank you to everyone at this infusion center because I’m 6 months pregnant and feeling comfortable and safe is extremely important to me and from day one I have felt truly taken care of and listened to. The staff is incredibly caring, patient and attentive. They are always very careful and make sure you feel calm, supported and comfortable throughout the entire process. They are also very flexible and thoughtful, always calling to remind me of my appointments and making sure I receive all of my infusions without any issues. I am deeply grateful for their kindness, professionalism and genuine care and I highly recommend this infusion center to anyone, especially expecting moms looking for a place where they will feel safe and supported.

I needed an Iron infusion due to my pregnancy. I called a couple times prior because my medicine needed to be delivered to the site but each time I called, they were letting me know step by step what was going on and what to expect. My first appointment, I was just expecting one time. Turns out, I needed to do 5 infusions within two weeks. The team here made this whole experience as seamless as possible. From scheduling the days and times (and adjusting a few when I was running behind) to getting the actual infusion (which I hate needles but this wasn’t as bad as any other times I needed to be poked). I have 2 girls and needed to bring them with me a few times and each time the crew would talk with them and just be so kind to the kids. They were so comfortable that they started to take their sandals off and sing/dance like we were at home. They have two rooms for patients to choose from and both rooms have a beautiful view of a waterfall, bridge, a little river and a pond with a sitting view. The girls loved to walk in the back after each appointment. The rooms are very spacious and very cool for the hottest days in Las Vegas. They provide tv and a remote to change the channel in each room and a little sitting area for the kids. The team would regularly check on my IV and ask how the infusion was going which made me feel good to know that they were making sure I wasn’t have a bad reaction to infusion. It was bittersweet the last appointment, sad it was the last time I get to see that team but happy I don’t need to do any more infusions. Thank you Emediate Infusion Center for everything and my kids and I would 100% recommend this office.

Just had my first IV infusion! I feel amazing and full of energy. Helen was my nurse. Totally painless. The IV made me a little cold but the staff was quick to offer me a blanket. I highly recommend Emediate infusion! 12/30/25 - Edit: Nurse Nicole has been giving me my B12 shots and she has the touch of an angel: light and painless; I didn’t even feel the needle go in at all! This place is A1 and I will continuously recommend this place to all!

I had such a great experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. They truly take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion — highly recommend!

I got 4 doses of Iron infusion and all of my experiences there had been good and excellent.,i would recommend this to everyone who’s wanting to any IV infusion.,plus you can bring your kid to the clinic since there are toys and tvs to entertain the patient and kid.,the staff also were very nice.
