We had an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration. From the moment we walked in, the entire space had such a calm, zen vibe. The massage chairs were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference during our infusions. Priscilla and Grace were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire visit. They were attentive, kind, and checked on both my husband and me regularly to make sure we were comfortable with the IV rate and overall experience. We never felt rushed or forgotten, just genuinely cared for. They also offer amazing monthly specials with different options each month, which is a great bonus and makes it easy to try new treatments. Excellent customer service, a relaxing environment, and a team that truly pays attention to comfort and details. Highly recommend if you’re considering NAD or any IV therapy.

This is my first time and experience here at Prime IV in Summerlin. It is very clean and comfortable in here! Kaitlyn and Alicia are so helpful and kind. Very informative and knowledgeable about the drip and IV process. I am writing this as I am receiving my drip and getting a fantastic massage on the chair. Relaxed and excited to come back! I had such a great experience with Kelsey and Ellisa. It was incredibly quick and easy to get started. I walked in without an appointment, and they were able to see me right away. They took the time to walk me through each of the IV options, explained what every pack would do, and helped me decide which one would best fit what I needed. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush me and made sure I understood everything. They checked my vitals, had me speak with the provider, and then prepared my IV bag. Once everything was ready, they guided me to a relaxing massage chair where I was able to sit back and unwind while the fluids ran. The whole experience felt peaceful, calming, and very well organized. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable IV therapy experience.

My wife first time here she was nervous at first but pricsilla and company made her feel at ease and she was so relaxed and really loved the treatment and the message chair thank you for making us feel welcomed and being so great😁😁😁😁. I can't believe I forgot the other young Lady's name it's unique but she was also awesome. Definitely coming back again.

My favorite place to be!! I’ve been a member for a couple years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Rick and Rafael are THE BEST!! I highly recommend coming in at least once a month to relax & rejuvenate your mind and body. I suffer from kidney stones and am also a gastric sleeve patient, so this helps me flush and reset in many ways to keep my body healthy. Give it a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed! The massage chairs and relaxing environment make it a self care day you won’t regret!
