I came here for a regular Hydrafacial with Ally. She was so amazing and gentle on my skin. We went over my skin concerns beforehand. During the facial, she explained every single step throughly. I have gotten so many hydrafacials in the past and Beauty Factory has one of the best hydrafacial routine. I highly recommend (:

Jessica is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly, personable, and professional, which instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. I’ve gotten both lip filler and Dysport/Botox with her, and every experience has been nothing but awesome. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and truly cares about achieving natural, beautiful results. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. Her attention to detail and skill really show in the results. On top of that, the entire staff is wonderful — everyone is welcoming, kind, and helpful, which makes the experience even better from start to finish. I received a deluxe facial at Beauty Factory Medspa and it was amazing!! The staff were super attentive and welcoming, and the environment was so beautiful and clean. The actual service was extremely relaxing and helped with both facial hydration and rejuvenation (coming from someone with dry skin). They walked me through the entire process and what each step was doing to help my skin. Overall I had a lovely experience and would highly recommend!

I got a facial at Beauty Factory Medspa and had such a great experience! The staff were welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. My esthetician tailored a treatment specifically to my needs. My skin was very dry, but once the facial was complete it felt very refreshed, clean and it was glowing. I’m very happy with my results.
