14 years ago, I thought I would be stuck with one of the worst decisions of my life! I've seen too many horrifying tattoo removals gone terribly wrong leaving people with disfiguring scars. I was terrified to attempt it. Then I found Serenity Tattoo Removal. Steve does free consultations. He tells you up front how many sessions it will take and what it will cost. If it takes more sessions than what he quoted, those extra sessions are free. He also has a great military discount. He'll completely remove your tattoo or lighten it up so you can get it covered. One of the best things about Steve is that he specializes in tattoo removal. He's not just another plastic surgeon who dabbles in tattoo removal. That's Steve's whole business. That's all he does. I am 100% satisfied with the service Steve and Rebecca have provided. Only a couple more sessions, and my tattoo is just a memory.

I took my husband for his first tattoo removal session. The technician lady informed us it would take five sessions to complete and suggested starting immediately. During the procedure, she mentioned she could see the ink breaking down already. We paid $180 for the session and was told to return in two months. However, after two months, there were no visible changes. We won't be returning.

Unless you want to waste your time and gas money, go elsewhere. The first appointment I scheduled online a few days prior and when I arrived, the shop was closed. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for Rebecca to arrive and open the shop. She did the consultation and a same day tattoo removal session. However, because she ran late and squeezed me in, it ran into someone else’s appointment time. That was the second red flag. After Rebecca finished my appointment, she scheduled me to return for a second session a few months later. The day of my second session came and I called an hour prior/left voicemail to confirm since I had not received a notification email or reminder. However, Rebecca had personally scheduled it prior to me leaving so I arrived to the shop and it was CLOSED once again. I called/left voicemail to inform them that I was outside and no one ever returned my call or showed up. I don’t like leaving negative reviews ..however, I wasted 1.5 hours of my day commuting there and waiting for someone to show. I do NOT recommend this business because they don’t seem to take their clients time into consideration, nor do they follow their schedule. Not sure how they’re still in business

Not happy! I paid $185 to remove a tattoo 2021. I done a total of 5 sessions. Total amount of $925. The tattoo was not removed. I do not know about the age of the equipment. I had to hold the tube that blew cold air as Steve used another machine to remove the tattoo. When the procedure was over, It was red & swollen. On my 3rd session - I should have stopped, I thought I would give it another try. I never had a tattoo removed before. When I discussed it to Rebecca, about my thoughts & feelings of disappointment , she gave me a free session. Which didn't help. My skin got red & infected. I called to let her know : she did apologize. She tried to say that was normal. (Not normal due to pus) I went to a Dr. Got antibiotics. Yet tried to get me to schedule another appointment!! I said ; No. I'm done with all your lies. I made a mistake getting this tattoo when I was 20. Now I'm 50, I wanted a clean fresh start on my new life. This place was supposed to help me : instead they gave me false hope & major depression. My skin is now damaged. I will need to see a skin specialist. Do not go to Serenity Tattoo Removal. It's just a money pit. Stay away from this place. Steve & Rebecca should be ashamed of themselves.

Incredibly disappointed. The tech was kind, but seemed like she was rushing to get the next folks in. When she told me that my treatment was $600 I was shocked but she kept saying that you get what you pay for. She was only right in the sense that I was very unhappy with what I paid, and very unhappy with the lack of treatment. 8 weeks later and there is almost no lift. Close friends cannot even tell the difference after the treatment. And their answer is to pay another $600 to show me how well the next treatment will work. At this rate I could buy a house before having my tattoo's fade with how much they charge and how little they provide. Wanted to believe they had my best interest in mind but I cannot in good conscience suggest that anyone give them their hard earned money.
