Lapis & Oak Spa and Salt Lounge

I had my first appointment with SJ yesterday. It was magical! I felt she heard/felt what my body needed. I felt safe and respected. This allowed my nervous system to relax. I booked my next appointment with her before I left. The spa itself is tranquil, beautiful, and soothing. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Deena did an amazing job with my facial and back facial. She carefully analyzed my face and back before determining which Eminence products would be most beneficial to use on me. I really appreciated that she let me know which products she was using on me and why. I really liked her little zapo machine that gets rid of bacteria on the face. She also gave me a wonderful, firm pressure massage around my neck, on hands, and on feet during my treatment - I almost feel asleep. Deena is very friendly and personable, I enjoyed talking with her about my favorite tv show When Calls the Heart. If you are looking to get a facial, I highly recommend Deena.

10/10 highly recommend! My friend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to go to a spa off of the strip. Parking was easy and we were greeted by Gennieve who was warm and welcoming. We both had lymphatic massages (with Marguetta and Ada) and we agreed was the best massages we've had! After our amazing massages we got to lounge in the salt room, which was so relaxing. Gennieve went above and beyond bringing us water and blankets and even a personalized recommended list of restaurants for dinner! We are definitely coming back here our next visit :)

I enjoyed the signature journey package as a gift for my birthday. Anne was my massage therapist, and it was one of the best massages I've had. She listened to my preferences and the massage was outstanding. Deena was my facialist and it was the best facial I've ever had. She answered all my questions and provided great recommendations for products to consider. She is very knowledgeable about products. I highly recommend Lapis & Oak.

Lapis and oak is not only comfortable and classy but beyond in customer care, treatments and the decor itself is repediates the essence of elevation. Not only are the treatments perfectly tailored but the product is decades proven and organic. My facial expert was so fun and seriously I found no flaw in Lapis and Oak, only the result of well thought out experience and even creative things like custom bath salts.
