#1 Foot Reflexology

First time going here This place is very clean and I appreciated no perfume smells since smells make me congested. The staff was friendly and clean. The body massage, was awesome and I enjoyed the face, head massage it was very relaxing plus the foot reflexology was perfect I also liked detox with hot stones. I made an appointment to go back again it’s worth it.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not know what they were doing. I had to change three different massage therapists, and none of them were able to provide even a basic, competent massage for either me or my husband. They were hurting me repeatedly, despite me clearly explaining my needs and boundaries. At one point, I was close to tears because I felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and completely ignored. and the lady keep telling me be quiet don’t talk!!!! What made this experience even worse was that they would not let us leave. Every time we asked to stop and leave, they insisted on sending another therapist instead, as if forcing us to continue was acceptable. This felt extremely inappropriate and stressful. The place itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet even minimal hygiene or professional standards. The staff was rude throughout the entire experience. At the end, despite how awful everything was, they pressured us aggressively to tip $15 per therapist. I was very unhappy and uncomfortable, but they essentially forced us to tip, which felt unethical and coercive. This was not just a bad massage — it was a disturbing and upsetting experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your physical and emotional well-being. it was a nightmare

We bought a couples massage on Groupon and when we got there, everything seemed fine till we got back into the rooms and another person came to the door and had an appointment at the exact same time as us. Obviously they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate 3 people. She leaves the massage and starts helping the customer. (Remember this is a timed massage). Then she Starts taking phone calls in the middle of our massage with another employee. It’s not relaxing at all. She starts talking to the other employee because she’s frustrated. She left for over 20 min of the massage. You thought things couldn’t get worse. All they do then another employee does show up and gets on the phone with the doctors office on hold where it’s an automated service that keeps repeating itself and repeat repeating itself and repeat repeating “if this is an emergency please hang up….” while you’re trying to be relaxed and get a massage it was unbelievable. The man who did my massage was great. I will say he doesn’t deserve this review but the experience was terrible. If you own this place you should be embarrassed to say you offer RELAXING massages. It’s nuts.

I got the best massage from Yuki. She was very pleasant and knew exactly what to do. A felt like a million bucks after a very good massage. Will go back again.

Excellent massage for a great price. We've been there 20+ times and like that it's a small place so we know the Therapists and they know our trouble spots. Much better than McEnvy or other large places.
