Dr. Alikozai is just amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. Having recently moved to Las Vegas from California, I was searching for a med spa that could treat my TMJ pain. Dr. Alikozai gave a very thorough explanation of the Botox procedure for my TMJ teeth grinding. Dr. Alikozai has been doing our Botox for quite some time now. I've got Botox from other places, but the care, the attention, the knowledge and the practice is so far beyond anywhere I've ever been. Elyzium is amazing and helped me reach my weight goal and has done all of my Botox and fillers! I lost 50lbs and have gained so much confidence back. They are a full service spa that I go to for everything. Weight loss, Botox and fillers! Farzad is such a caring doctor who will make you feel fabulous when you leave! His secretary is so welcoming and does follow ups for all your appointments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of my med spa needs! 10/10 would recommend to everyone in Vegas!
