I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hollywood Wellness Med Spa. A huge shoutout to Ming and Hannah, who are both incredible professionals. They are so knowledgeable and kind, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for from start to finish. It’s clear they really love what they do and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely friendly, I can't recommend them enough!

I went for the first time to this spa for a facial. I have been getting facials for years but never to a Korean place. But this was not relaxing at all. Ming was banging cabinet doors shut, going through plastic bags, making a lot of noise. Facials are supposed to be relaxing and every other place I have been they make it effort to not make a lot of noise. This was not the case here. Everytime she grabbed a hot washcloth from the warmer the door would slam. She didn't even make an effort to shut quietly. She left the room while I had a mask on which was covering my eyes and left the door open. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't like that they don't change the sheets in between customer. They use like this flimsy piece of something to cover the sheet. I asked for extractions from the manager because I had a milia on my cheek. Manager said she would tell Ming. Ming left the washcloth on my face and did like 1 minute of extractions with a vibrating tool. Didn't even get the milia out. I definitely will not be back.

Crystal was amazing!!! It was my first time getting a facial and she made me comfortable throughout the entire process. She treated me based off my goals and was able to thoroughly answer any questions/concerns that I had prior to treatment. After the 90 min facial with dermal planing and blue light, I left with “glass” looking skin! For the location itself, it is located inside the Greenland Supermarket Plaza.
