White Coat Aesthetics

I had called about laser hair removal services for a Brazilian, lower legs and under arms. I was told the price and also mentioned an influencer discount code. They had to confirm with the owner, and got back to me that their code didn’t work on laser. I went for the consult/appointment and reviewed all the areas. My aesthetician stepped out for me to get in the robe, and confirm with the front desk. She came back wanted to confirm the cost. She told me the incorrect price and presented the brochure with prices. I offered to go up front and discuss (while still robed) and mentioned the amount I was told it would be. I waited, a long enough time to know that they were trying to find out what happened and create a solution. Another person came in to let me know the front desk girl “didn’t understand what I wanted”, which is odd because it was reviewed via the phone multiple times. She even gave me one price, and said she wanted to double check. Came back to the phone and gave me a better price. The price difference of what they told me on the phone verse what I was told in person was nearly double in cost. Then attempted to say it was with the influencer discount, which I kindly reminded them wasn’t valid on laser hair. I chose not to proceed. Everyone was very kind and professional, just very poor “miscommunication”. The influencer is a close friend and raves about this business. I truly believe they are probably great 90% of the time, unfortunately I did not experience that greatness. I am writing this review an hour after the “miscommunication” issue. I am still very annoyed since it was not a simple task for a mother to have her husband leave work early to make it to the appointment on time. I imagine my annoyance and frustration will settle down, but for now I’m not interested in returning to this establishment.

10/10 would recommend this practice. The level professionalism and quality of service are unmatched. From the moment you walk in it is a welcoming and informative experience. Bonus, they carry excellent products as well! Recently Obsessed with their Anfisa lip treatment! Literally to die for like that LIP GLOSS BE POPPING! Amanda the owner is a gem and such an artist within her craft! And her team matches her level of excellence, I’ve trusted Morgan with my face and I am so happy with the results. Please keep in mind I went in right before eloping, and they all have integrity to their work giving patients a natural & beautiful appearance there’s no unnecessary & pressured upselling. They know how to enhance each patient’s natural facial features to create a complimentary treatment plan to achieve desired results— Morgan, in my experience, listens and has hands of an angel. The best thing I’ve been told is to look at your injectors face— these gals are gorgeous! Overall, It’s a wonderful experience! Treat your self!

I truly appreciate that she's not the type to upsell or recommend anything I don't need. That level of integrity is rare, and it's the reason I only trust her with my treatments. Amanda is the best I've come across for Botox and White Coast Aesthetics is the absolute best in the game in Las Vegas. Sophia is a MASTER artist at brows! For my first experience ever I'm never going back, she is amazing! You won't regret trusting them with your beauty needs! 10/10 recommend!
